摘要: A method for the automated production of circuit carriers, comprising providing a substrate for accommodating electronic components, applying an electrically conductive, metal-containing base structure on the substrate. Electronic components are also provided on the substrate and are connected to each other by the structure. Electrically conductive, metal-containing conductive adhesive structures are applied onto the substrate, and the electronic components are connected to the base structure in an electrically conductive way by the structures. The conductive adhesive structures are optically differentiated from the base structure by a colored electrically conductive, metal-containing conductive adhesive applied onto the substrate in order to produce the conductive adhesive structure. A contrast, which is necessary for the automated optical monitoring of the conductive adhesive structures and the base structure, is established between the conductive adhesive structures and the base structure.

摘要: The procedure and the facility are used for wireless transmission between a wheel module (9) arranged in a tire (2) and an external control device (3). A first transmission signal is transmitted from an antenna (6) of the control device (3) to an antenna (11) of the wheel module (9). Data is transmitted via a second transmission signal from the wheel module (9) to the control device (3), whereby the first transmission signal has a different frequency from the second transmission signal. The first transmission signal is received by the antenna (11) of the wheel module (9) during a coupling period, within which while the tires (2) are rotating, an area of influence (15) of the antenna (11) of the wheel module (9) which also rotates, and a stationary area of influence (14) of the antenna (6) of the control device (3) overlap. After the beginning of the coupling period is recognised, the data transmission is started from the wheel module (9) to the control device (3).

摘要: A device and a method for determining the current position of a rotor, particularly the angle of rotation of the rotor, of an electric motor, wherein said device determines the current position of the rotor using the fluctuations of the armature current or the armature voltage of the electric motor. The fluctuations of the armature current or the armature voltage are separated from the fluctuations of the motor current or the motor voltage with the help of an amplifier unit dependent on a controllable offset value. The offset value is changed according to the motor current or the motor voltage. By virtue of the device and the method, the fluctuations of the armature current or the armature voltage can be separated from the fluctuations of the motor current or the motor voltage over the full measurement range of the motor current or the motor voltage.

摘要: A method for determining a steering angle offset (LWO) in a vehicle having a steering unit and a steering angle sensor. A first frequency distribution (HV1) of the steering angle (LW) is determined over a number of steering angles according to at least one dynamic vehicle parameter (Q, G, V), and the average value (MW1) of the steering angle (LW) is determined from the first frequency distribution (HV1). The next step tests whether the steering angle (LW) in the first frequency distribution (HV1) is distributed symmetrically around the average value (MW1) and, when there is symmetry of the first frequency distribution (HV1) around the average value (MW1), the first frequency distribution (HV1) is carried over into a second frequency distribution (HV2). When the overall number of steering angles (LW1) in the second frequency distribution (HV2) exceeds a prespecified threshold value (S), the steering angle offset (LWO) is determined from the average value (MW2) of the second frequency distribution (HV2). A device for determining a steering angle offset (LWO) in a vehicle by way of such a method is also described.

摘要: An energy storage unit has several storage elements (2, 2′) which are switched in series and a charge redistribution circuit (6, 6′). The latter is installed in such a manner that the voltage of the storage element (UELn, UEln′) is measured and compared with a voltage threshold value (UTHRn, UTHR, UTHRn′, UTHR′). When the threshold value is exceeded by a storage element, it removes charge from said storage element, thus reducing its voltage. According to one aspect, a storage-related temperature determination is conducted, and the threshold value is set variably in dependence on the determined temperature (Tn, T) in such a manner that it is reduced as the temperature increases. According to a further aspect, the threshold value is set variably in dependence on the current vehicle operating state, in such a manner that it is set higher for relatively brief periods of time when the storage or removal requirement is relatively high. According to an additional further aspect, the threshold value is set lower for storage elements with a relatively advanced age than for those with a less advanced age.

摘要: The invention introduces a method for the production of an output signal having a predefined average size from a relatively larger input signal by pulse-width modulated connection of the input signal, wherein the pulse-width modulation has a predefined number of discrete, adjustable pulse widths within a pulse width and each pulse width corresponds to a specific average output-signal size. A super frame consisting of at least two successive pulses is chosen in order to produce an output signal which has an average size and which does not correspond to one of the discretely adjustable pulse widths. At least two pulses inside the super frame have a different pulse width such that the average output signal size corresponds to the predefined size. As a result, it is possible to produce intermediate average size values which can not be represented by a pulse width, in addition to such average size values which can not be produced as a result of the switching delay of the pulse-width modulation controlled switching means in a pulse width.
