    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a communication method, including: a network-side device receives a certificate request message from user equipment, the certificate request message carries information about a key shared between the user equipment and a wireless communications network to which the network-side device belongs or carries information about a first certificate generated for the user equipment by a CA. The network-side device, authenticates the user equipment based on the information about the key or the information about the first certificate, generates a second certificate for the user equipment when the user equipment is authenticated successfully; and sends a certificate response message to the user equipment, the certificate response message carries information about the second certificate.

    Abstract: A bad sector repair method includes receiving a first write operation instruction sent by a host, reading data of a physical page including the first sector according to a logical block address (LBA) of a first sector included in the first write operation instruction, allocating storage space with a same size as the physical page in a cache and setting data in the storage space to preset data when reading the data of the physical page fails, updating preset data of a storage area corresponding to the first sector and in the storage space with data that needs to be written to the first sector, and writing data in the storage space to the physical page to repair the first sector.

    Abstract: A service processing method, a service processing system, and a PCRF entity are disclosed to overcome this defect in the prior art: The prior art is unable to handle services discriminatively according to the policy context information when different services require the same QoS level. The method includes: receiving bearer priority information from a PCRF entity, where the bearer priority information includes: bearer priority information of a service data stream, bearer priority information of an IP-CAN session, and/or bearer priority information of an IP-CAN bearer; and handling services according to the bearer priority information. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the policy context information is converted into bearer priority information so that the PCEF handles services according to the bearer priority information. In this way, different services that require the same QoS level are handled discriminatively according to the policy context information.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a face recognition method and device. The method includes: performing down-sampling of different sizes on an original face image; performing block partition processing on a down-sampled image and the original face image; extracting feature of each image block; performing similarity matching between the extracted feature of each image block and features of image blocks corresponding to a pre-registered face image to obtain a similarity of each image block; and obtaining a face image recognition result according to an obtained similarity between all the image blocks. According to the face recognition method and device, down-sampling of different sizes is performed on an original face image, which increases a capability of face image features to describe the face image; a face image recognition result is obtained according to a similarity between all the obtained image blocks, which increases an accuracy of face image recognition.

    Abstract: A method for processing quality of service, an application server, a QoS control network element, and a mobile network id disclosed. The method includes: obtaining initial quality of service QoS information of a user equipment in a mobile network; determining, according to the initial QoS information, to request the mobile network to increase a QoS level of the user equipment; sending a QoS improving request to a QoS control network element to request for increasing the QoS level of the user equipment; and receiving a QoS improving response, where the QoS improving response includes enhanced QoS information assigned by the mobile network for the user equipment.
