Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a stretch sheet draw a nonwoven fabric conveyed in a continuous state by teeth formed on an outer circumferential surface of a pair of rotating rollers by passing the nonwoven fabric through a gap between the rotating rollers meshing with each of the teeth. The method includes a step of joining a first end of the first nonwoven fabric roll and a second end of the other nonwoven fabric roll through a joint portion. The joint portion is arranged intermittently in a cross direction that crosses the conveyance direction.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an absorbent article having a composite sheet with a plurality of gathers on an inner surface facing a wearer's body, which fits and adheres comfortably to the wearer's skin. The composite sheet is provided which includes a stretchable non-woven fabric which expands and contracts in at least one direction, a non-stretchable non-woven fabric, a junction which binds intermittently the stretchable non-woven fabric to the non-stretchable non-woven fabric in the stretching direction, and a plurality of gathers which is formed by loosening a unbounded area of the non-stretchable non-woven fabric in a contracted state, and is arranged along a direction intersecting the stretching direction, in which an apex of each gather does not reach the neighboring gather when the gathers lean to one side of the stretchable direction.
Abstract:
The present invention to provide an absorbent structure adapted to prevent the liquid-absorbent materials from falling off the wrapping sheets. An aggregate of liquid-absorbent materials in an absorbent structure has an inner surface covered with a first wrapping sheet and an outer surface and lateral surfaces covered with a second wrapping sheet. The first wrapping sheet and the second wrapping sheet respectively have first extended portions lying outboard of the lateral surfaces and second extended portions wherein the first extended portions and the second extended portions are put flat and bonded together to form laminated regions. The laminated regions cover the lateral surfaces of the aggregate and part of the outer surface which, in turn, covers these lateral surfaces and the outer surface.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a disposable pants-type wearing article free from possibility that upper regions of the leg-openings' peripheral edges might be formed with frills even when the belt-like leg elastic members contract along the peripheral edges of the respective leg-openings. Belt-like leg elastic members in a disposable pants-type diaper each has inner and outer surfaces at least one of which is bonded to sheet-like members included in put flat and joined together regions and a crotch region of the diaper. The belt-like leg elastic members extend from the respective put flat and joined regions along leg-openings' peripheral edges. Over ranges in which the belt-like leg elastic members extend along the respective peripheral edges the sheet-like members also extend along the peripheral edges.
Abstract:
A composite sheet which has a low basis weight, can be prevented from breaking during the production of an absorbent article or in use, and is good to the touch. The composite sheet is a sheet formed by bonding a stretch nonwoven fabric to a nonstretch nonwoven fabric with an adhesive. The stretch nonwoven fabric is bonded in a stretched state to the nonstretch sheet. The stretch nonwoven fabric has, on each side, strip-form sparse regions and strip-form dense regions alternately formed. The sparse regions and dense regions on one side are alternately formed in a second direction so that the dense regions on this side do not overlie the dense regions on the other side. The composite sheet has a maximum breaking strength of 20 N/50 mm or higher.

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a battery electrode having a configuration in which an electrode active material layer including an electrode active material is held on an electrode collector. The method includes a step of mixing the electrode active material with a solvent and preparing an electrode active material paste (step S10), a step of admixing and dispersing microbubbles in the prepared electrode active material paste to obtain a low-density electrode active material paste that has a density lower than that before the admixing (step S20), and a step of coating the electrode collector with the low-density electrode active material paste (step S30).

Abstract:
A perfluoropolyether oil composition, which comprises a perfluoro-polyether base oil, preferably a thickener-containing perfluoropolyether base oil, and a fluorine-containing di- or mono-amide-based compound having a perfluoropolyether group, where 0.01 to 50% by weight of the amide-based compound, based on total weight of the base oil and the amide-based compound, is contained when the perfluoropolyether oil composition is used as a lubricating oil composition, particularly grease, and 0.01 to 90% by weight thereof is contained, when the perfluoropolyether oil composition is used as an electrode-coating agent for a cell. The perfluoropolyether oil composition shows a metal surface protective action against corrosive gases such as sulfide gases, etc. without deteriorating the abrasion resistance, and also shows a distinguished high temperature durability even in the presence of graphite or molybdenum disulfide. Furthermore, creeping-up of the electrolytic solution along the electrodes or leakage thereof can be suppressed only by its coating onto the electrode surfaces in the cell.
