    摘要: A rechargeable battery according to one aspect of the present invention includes: an electrode assembly that includes a first electrode and a second electrode; a case of which one side is opened, and that receives the electrode assembly; a cap assembly that includes a cap plate covering the opened portion of the case; a first current collecting member that is disposed at a lower side of the cap assembly and is thus connected with the first electrode; a sealing member that is made of an insulation material and penetrates the cap plate and the first current collecting member; and a first terminal in which a base portion fixed to an outer side of the cap plate and an extension portion formed to penetrate the sealing member such that first current collecting member is fixed to the cap assembly are formed as a single body.

    摘要: A packaging material for a power storage device includes a base material layer as an outer layer, a heat fusible resin layer as an inner layer, and a metal foil layer arranged between both the layers. The base material layer and the metal foil layer are adhered via an outer adhesive layer. The outer adhesive layer is formed of a cured film of a two-part curing type urethane adhesive agent including a main agent containing a polyol and a multifunctional isocyanate mixture, wherein a content rate of the polyol is 50 mass % to 95 mass %. The multifunctional isocyanate mixture is composed of a mixture containing an aromatic multifunctional isocyanate and an aliphatic multifunctional isocyanate having an aromatic ring.

    摘要: A method for producing an all-solid-state battery, comprising the following steps (a) to (d), which are performed in the order of (a), (b), (c), and (d) or in the order of (a), (b), (d), and (c): (a) introducing the all-solid-state battery laminate into the metal case, (b) welding a protruding part of the positive electrode current collector layer or the negative electrode current collector layer and the folding margin part of the metal case, (c) folding the folding margin part, and the protruding part of the positive electrode collector layer or the negative electrode current collector layer, which has been welded to the folding margin part toward the inside of the metal case together, and (d) injecting a sealing resin into the metal case from the opening part of the metal case and then curing the sealing resin to seal the all-solid-state battery laminate in the metal case.

    摘要: An electrochemical device comprising an electrode assembly in which two types of electrodes are stacked or wound with separators interposed therebetween and an outer container that accommodates the electrode assembly; wherein electrode terminals extend to the outside from within the outer container. The films which cover the electrode assembly overlap each other on the outside of the outer peripheral portion of the electrode assembly, and the outer container is formed by bonding the films to each other.     摘要: A vehicle battery device comprises a box for receiving therein at least a vehicle battery, wherein a fastening platform is disposed on an inner sidewall surface of the box, and support boards is disposed at a bottom of the fastening platform; an upper lid disposed above the box and separated from the box by a waterproof plastic sheet; and at least a quick-release unit comprising a screw, washer, spring, fixing board, and wedge-shaped fixing block, with the at least a quick-release unit fastened between the fastening platform and the vehicle battery, wherein a wedge-shaped recess is disposed on an upper surface of the vehicle battery, and a wedge-shaped fastening hole is disposed in the fixing board, allowing the wedge-shaped fixing block to penetrate the wedge-shaped fastening hole and engage with the wedge-shaped recess, thereby allowing the vehicle battery to be fixed in place inside the box.
