In the chemical formula, R1 represents of an n1-valent hydrocarbon group, an n1-valent oxygen-containing hydrocarbon group, an n1-valent halogenated hydrocarbon group and an n1-valent halogenated oxygen-containing hydrocarbon group. R2 represents one of a divalent hydrocarbon group and a divalent halogenated hydrocarbon group. Rf1 represents one of a halogen group and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group. n1 is an integer of 2 or more.

To this end, the present invention provides a secondary battery comprising: a can; a cap assembly for sealing the can; and an electrode assembly, contained in the can, comprising: a cathode plate; an anode plate; a separator disposed between the cathode plate and the anode plate; a cathode tab attached to the cathode plate and extending toward one of the can and the cap assembly; and an anode tab attached to the anode plate and extending toward the other of the can and the cap assembly, wherein the anode tab is made of nickel-plated copper.

摘要: Disclosed is a battery cell having an electrode assembly configured as a structure in which a cathode, an anode, and a separator interposed between the cathode and the anode, wherein a surface or both surfaces of respective electrode current collectors of the cathode and the anode are coated with an electrode mixture including an electrode active material, the cathode and the anode are provided with a first cathode terminal and a first anode terminal respectively serving as external input/output terminals of the battery cell, and at least one of the cathode and the anode is provided with a resistance measurement terminal at a position opposite to the external input/output terminal, for measuring a resistance of an electrode current collector.

摘要: A battery includes: an electrode body; an electrode current collector; a sealing body; an external terminal; an electrical conductor connected to the external terminal; a deforming plate sealing an opening of the electrical conductor, electrically connected to the electrical conductor and to the current collector, and deformed when an internal pressure reaches a predetermined pressure; and a first insulator between the deforming plate and the current collector. The current collector includes a base, and a lead connecting to the electrode body. First to fourth fasteners fasten the base and the first insulator. Between the first and second fasteners, the base is electrically connected to the deforming plate. The second fastener is closer to the lead than the first fastener. The second fastener is closer to a connection between the deforming plate and the electrode current collector than a position of the first insulator supported toward the sealing body.

A recessed portion is formed in a lower surface of the positive electrode terminal connection portion around the through-hole, and a lower end portion of the positive electrode terminal is disposed in the recessed portion.

According to the invention, a circuit-breaker device is provided, which has a housing bottom wall that deforms in the plastic deformation range, as well as a rated breaking line provided around the central portion of the collector, which can tear in order to electrically separate said central portion, connected to the bottom, from the main external surface of the current collector, which is connected to one end of the electrochemical bundle.

The secondary battery cell manufactured by the secondary battery cell winding formation system of the present invention can effectively prevent the secondary battery cell from generating internal short circuit, thus improving the safety performance of the secondary battery cell while ensuring a high energy density.
