Abstract: A casting die of the present invention includes a stationary die, a movable die, and a sliding die provided to the movable die so as to be insertable and withdrawable in a direction crossing a movement direction of the movable die and configured to form a cavity in collaboration with the stationary die and the movable die. The sliding die includes a slider core that is moved so as to be insertable and withdrawable along the movement direction of the movable die and a stopper that is in contact with the slider core at a die closing position and locks the slider core.

Abstract: The invention discloses a digital full-automatic die casting apparatus, comprising a longitudinal mounting plate, a mold arranged on a front surface of the longitudinal mounting plate, a mold locking device including a plurality of mold locking mechanisms surrounding the periphery of the mold, an injection device arranged on a back surface of the longitudinal mounting plate, and a PLC controller electrically connected to the mold locking device and the injection device respectively, wherein the mold locking mechanism comprises a mold locking fixed-point assembly arranged on the longitudinal mounting plate, and a hydraulic mold locking assembly connected to the mold locking fixed-point assembly; the mold locking fixed-point assembly comprises a fixed-point servo motor arranged on the longitudinal mounting plate and electrically connected to the PLC controller, a fixed-point screw connected to the mold, a nut screwed to the fixed-point screw, and a transmission structure connected between the fixed-point servo motor and the nut; and the hydraulic mold locking assembly acts on the nut. The digital full-automatic die casting apparatus provided by the invention has a high accuracy and smooth operation of each mechanism, and a high degree of automation, with high efficiency and high quality of cast products.

Abstract: A casting apparatus including a casting die having at least two die halves movable relative to one another between a closed position and an open position, the die halves each comprising a front surface in which a recess is formed, an adjusting device for moving one of the die halves, and a clamping device switchable between a clamping position when the die is closed, and a release position when the die is open. The clamping device is an integral part of the die halves and includes a counter bearing and a locking device. In the clamping position, the locking device is in a form fitting engagement with the counter bearing to lock the die halves in the closed position, and in the release position, the locking device is released from the counter bearing to release the die halves from each other for opening of the die.

Abstract: Method and system for producing a part using die casting or injection molding with a top die and undercut dies that are independently moveable from the top die. In one particular form, the method and system can include a top die and one or more undercut dies that can have a protrusion. The undercut dies can be lowered into a base of the system and moved away from each other, and the top die can be lowered into a receiving portion between the undercut dies. A molten liquid can be introduced into a space between the undercut dies and additional aspects of the system, and after cooling to form a part, the top die can be moved vertically to allow space for the undercut dies to be moved toward each other. The undercut dies can be moved vertically and the part can be removed.
