    摘要: The present disclosure discloses an arc path formation unit and a direct current relay including the same, which can effectively guide a generated arc to the outside, including a magnet holder unit disposed between the outside of an arc chamber and the inside of a frame and including a first holder and a second holder different from each other; and a magnet unit attached to one surface of the magnet holder unit facing the arc chamber and forming a magnetic field in the arc chamber, wherein the first holder and the second holder are each bent at a predetermined angle and extended, the magnet unit is attached to both ends thereof, and a magnetic field formed in the magnet unit forms an electromagnetic force together with the electric current energizing through the direct current relay to guide the arc in a direction away from a fixed contact.

The bent portion extends in a bent shape from the extension portion in a first direction from the fixed contact toward the movable contact, and overlaps the movable contact piece in the longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The driving device is configured to move the movable contact piece. The insulating wall is integral with the case and is disposed between the bent portion and the movable contact piece.

The magnetic steels are arranged between the connecting pieces and the moving spring pieces. The magnetic steels are arranged on an outside of the connecting pieces and the moving spring pieces. Each of the magnetic steels is limited in a position to generate a bias magnetic field and performs an arc extinguishing operation.

    摘要: An arc path-forming part and a DC relay comprising same are disclosed. The arc path-forming part according to various embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a Halbach array and a magnet part that form a magnetic field in a space formed therein. The magnetic field formed by the Halbach array is stronger in the direction toward the space. The magnetic field formed by the Halbach array and the magnet part forms an electromagnetic force together with the current applied to each fixed contactor. Here, the electromagnetic force formed in the vicinity of each fixed contactor is formed in a direction away from the center of the space or in a direction away from each fixed contactor. Accordingly, a generated arc can be quickly extinguished and discharged by being induced by the electromagnetic force.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an exciting coil, a pair of fixed contacts, a movable spring, a magnet, and a yoke in contact with the magnet. The pair of fixed contacts is arranged along a first direction. The movable spring comes into contact with or moves away from the fixed contacts in response to the turn on or off of current to the exciting coil. The magnet prolongs the arc generated between the fixed contacts and the movable spring. The magnet is adjacent to the fixed contacts along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and is adjacent to the exciting coil along a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction. The yoke is adjacent to the fixed contacts along the third direction in a state where the yoke is in contact with the magnet.
