Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a video distribution method and a device. The method includes: receiving, by an SCEF, a first request message sent by a third-party server, where the first request message includes an MBMS capability negotiation parameter for video distribution, the MBMS capability negotiation parameter being requested by the third-party server; sending, by the SCEF, a second request message to an HSS according to the first request message, to request the HSS to expose an MBMS capability; sending, by the SCEF, a third request message to a broadcast multicast service center BM-SC after the SCEF receives a second response message returned by the HSS when the HSS determines to allow the exposure of the MBMS capability, to request to obtain MBMS capability information exposed by the BM-SC; and sending the MBMS capability information obtained from the BM-SC to the third-party server.

The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for media stream transmission, and user equipment. According to the method and the apparatus for media stream transmission, and the user equipment in embodiments of the present invention, same media content, of multiple users, on unicast bearers is multicast by using an MBMS channel, so that a backhaul network resource and an air interface resource that is of a base station can be saved, thereby reducing costs for transmitting a media stream.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a service data transmission method. An AN entity of a first network sends a first request message to an AN entity of a second network corresponding to a target cell in which a UE is located, so as to request the AN entity of the second network to establish a radio bearer for the UE. The AN entity of the first network sends a second request message to the UE, so as to request the UE to establish the radio bearer with the AN entity of the second network. After the AN entity of the second network has established the radio bearer with the UE, the AN entity of the first network transmits service data to the UE by using the AN entity of the second network.

When a Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) packet receiving manner of a user equipment (UE) is switched between a unicast transmission manner and a multicast transmission manner, a group communication service application server (GCS AS) obtains a time difference between a time at which the UE receives a first RTP packet before the switching and a time at which the UE receives a second RTP packet after the switching. The GCS AS calculates a delay difference, according to the time difference, of RTP packet transmissions in different transmission manners, and adjusts, according to the delay difference, timing for RTP packet transmission in the unicast transmission manner.

The present disclosure discloses a data transmission method and apparatus. User equipment (UE) measures and transmits a transmission delay to a group communication service application server (GCS AS), or the GCS AS itself determines a transmission delay, so that the GCS AS may determine, according to the transmission delay, a time of sending a packet on a multicast path or a unicast path. Therefore, a problem of out of order of packets or a loss of a packet due to a transmission delay is resolved, and continuity of a communication service is maintained.

The method includes: receiving, by UE, USD information and an MPD file of a first media file, where the USD information includes a delivery method element, the delivery method element includes indication information used for indicating a first media stream file that is of the first media file and sent in a unicast manner or a media content segment of the first media stream file; and when the UE is in an MBMS service area, acquiring a media content segment of a second media stream file in a broadcast manner; or when the UE is not in an MBMS service area, acquiring a media content segment of the first media stream file from a specified server in a unicast manner according to the indication information.

A method for processing a service connection between a user terminal and a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is provided. A WLAN interactive network includes at least a WLAN user terminal, a WLAN access unit, a service control unit and a user information storage unit. The method includes setting flags that represent the attached or detached status of the service connection between the user terminal and the WLAN in the WLAN user terminal and the service control unit respectively; and establishing or canceling the connection between the user terminal and the network through the interaction between the WLAN user terminal and the WLAN, meanwhile modifying the corresponding flags.

A file repair method includes receiving, by a broadcast/multicast service center, a file repair request message sent by user equipment, where the file repair request message includes a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) corresponding to file data to be repaired and a transmit session identifier of a File Delivery over Unidirectional Transport FLUTE session that transmits the file data. The method further includes determining, according to the transmit session identifier, the FLUTE session that transmits the file data, and determining repair data of the file data according to the FLUTE session that transmits the file data and further according to the URI corresponding to the file data.

The present invention relates to the communications field and provides a group communication method. The method includes: obtaining location information of UE; when determining that an L-BM-SC is deployed at a location of an eNB to which the UE belongs, determining, according to the location information of the UE, an MCE that manages the eNB to which the UE belongs; and sending a first bearer activation request to the MCE, where the first bearer activation request includes the location information of the UE, so that the MCE determines, according to the location information of the UE, a first L-BM-SC deployed at the location of the eNB to which the UE belongs, and establishes a bearer between the first L-BM-SC and a GCS AS, where the bearer between the first L-BM-SC and the GCS AS is used by the GCS AS to send a packet to the first L-BM-SC.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a video data transmission method and a related device. The method may include: when a base station receives information about a selection result and measurement configuration information, where the information about the selection result and the measurement configuration information are sent by a selection apparatus, determining, by the base station according to the selection result, that the present base station is a primary base station; acquiring, by the base station, channel quality information by using the measurement configuration information; and generating, by the base station, decision information according to the channel quality information and video service information that is acquired from a transmission conversion apparatus, and sending the decision information to the transmission conversion apparatus, which instructs a unicast service network element to perform unicast transmission for video data and/or instructs a multicast service network element to perform multicast transmission for video data.
