摘要: The present disclosure relates to data transmission methods and apparatus. One example method includes receiving, by user equipment, a first message sent by a control plane network element or a user plane network element, where the first message includes a correspondence between a first quality of service identifier NQI and a first reflective quality of service identifier (RQI), obtaining, by the user equipment, a second message sent by the user plane network element, and if the second message does not carry a second RQI, generating, by the user equipment, a first quality of service rule based on the second message and the correspondence between the first NQI and the first RQI, where the second RQI is used to instruct the user equipment to activate a reflective quality of service (RQ) mechanism.

摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus, a system, and a method for preventing TCP connection interruption. The apparatus determines that user equipment UE needs cell handover; and the apparatus sends a first instruction message to a server, where the first instruction message is used to instruct the server to stop sending downlink data to the proxy device, and sends cached downlink data to the UE. Therefore, the following problem is avoided: After UE is disconnected from a source cell and is connected to a new cell, because the UE does not receive partial downlink data cached by a TCP proxy or because partial cached data is lost, the UE initiates retransmission to a server, but the server does not retransmit an acknowledged packet according to a TCP protocol, causing TCP connection interruption and service interruption.

摘要: According to a method and apparatus for controlling data transmission in a wireless communications network, a service quality request message is sent to a PCRF when a data request message of a terminal is received; and the PCRF queries a current network status, so as to determine a processing instruction for a data request message of the terminal according to the current network status and the data request message, and process the data request message of the terminal according to the processing instruction. Therefore, processing on the data request message of the terminal not only depends on a parameter carried in the data request message of the terminal, but also uses the current network status as a constraint condition, so that a processing manner for the data request message can be adaptive to a real-time change of the wireless communications network.

摘要: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and apparatus. According to the present invention, when transmitting data by using a first radio bearer, a UE receives radio resource control connection reconfiguration information sent by a base station; the UE obtains a second radio bearer according to the radio resource control connection reconfiguration information; the UE sends radio resource control connection reconfiguration completion information to the base station; the UE transmits a part of the data which has not been transmitted by using the second radio bearer. The solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are suitable to be adopted during switch between an adaptive streaming mode and a progressive download mode.
