Abstract:
The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes after a service management system SMS detects that operating performance data of a VNF is abnormal, sending network service association request information to a system management module, where the network service association request information is used by the system management module to query a fault and feed back a network service association response to the SMS. The method also includes performing, by the SMS, fault diagnosis according to the network service fault association response and the operating performance data of the VNF, to obtain a network service fault diagnosis report. Additionally, the method includes sending the network service fault diagnosis report to the system management module, where the network service fault diagnosis report is used by the system management module to perform fault recovery.
Abstract:
Embodiments provide a fault management method, which can implement fault reporting and processing in an NFV environment. The method includes acquiring first fault information, including a faulty entity identifier and a fault type, of a network functions virtualization infrastructure NFVI entity, where the first fault information is used to indicate that a fault occurs in a first NFVI entity having the faulty entity identifier. The method also includes generating first comprehensive fault information according to the first fault information, where the first comprehensive fault information comprises the first fault information and correlated fault information of the first fault information. The method also includes performing fault repair or reporting processing according to the first comprehensive fault information.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a routing method between base stations, a serving gateway, and a base station, where the method includes: receiving, by a first serving gateway, a first user data packet of first UE sent by a first base station, and determining, according to the first user data packet, whether the first serving gateway serves both the first UE and second UE, where the second UE is a communication peer end of the first UE; and if the first serving gateway determines that the first serving gateway serves both the first UE and the second UE, triggering, by the first serving gateway, the first base station to acquire first routing information required for direct communication with a second base station, and triggering the second base station to acquire second routing information required for direct communication with the first base station.

Abstract:
This application provides a file download method, a device, and a system, and belongs to the field of network technologies. In this application, in a three-layer system architecture including a client device, a relay device, and a server device, indication information is added to a packet, to indicate that the relay device has a file required by the client. The client device can download the file from the relay device by interacting with the relay device, so that the client device can download the file nearby. This reduces bandwidth occupied for file transfer.
Abstract:
Embodiments provide a method, which can implement establishment of a network function virtualization (NFV) network service chain. The method includes obtaining, by a first communications unit, a service chain rule, where the service chain rule is used to indicate service processing that needs to be performed. The method also includes obtaining, according to the service chain rule, information about a service chain through which a service route passes, where the information about the service chain is used to indicate information about a virtualized network function (VNF) through which the service route passes, and the VNF is configured for the service processing; and sending a route and resource configuration request message, where the route and resource configuration request message carries the information about the service chain, to request to perform, according to the information about the service chain, route and resource configuration for the VNF included in the service chain.

Abstract:
A method, a device, and a system for applying for frequency spectrum are provided. The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and is mainly used in a broadcast multicast service, so as to coordinate multiple access devices to apply for a same band of white frequency spectrum. The method includes: a controller sending first application information to a database (201), the first application information being used for applying for a frequency band of frequency spectrum for at least one access device; the controller receiving the frequency band of the frequency spectrum sent by the database (202); and the controller sending the frequency band of the frequency spectrum to the access device (203).
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for improving a cell throughput based on a streaming media service. The method includes: pre-adjusting, according to a channel quality sampling value of two clients in the same cell that are performing a streaming media service, an air interface resource allocated to the two clients; acquiring a variation of a cell throughput that exists after the air interface resources of the two clients are pre-adjusted; and if the variation of the cell throughput that exists after the air interface resources of the two clients are pre-adjusted is greater than a preset resource adjustment threshold, allocating the pre-adjusted air interface resources to the two clients, so that the two clients two capable of receiving streaming media content having an adjusted code rate value from a media server.
