摘要: A motor controller comprises a switch circuit and a control unit. The switch circuit is coupled to a motor for driving the motor. The control unit generates a control signal to control the switch circuit. The motor controller determines a non-excitation time. When the motor is in a locked state, the motor controller enables the non-excitation time to be a variable value. The motor controller utilizes the non-excitation time to achieve a lock protection function. The motor controller determines whether the motor is in the locked state by detecting a rotor speed or a rotor temperature. Moreover, the motor controller further comprises a driving signal, where the driving signal has the non-excitation time.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a motor control device capable of estimating a delay with high accuracy even in a case where there is a fluctuation in disturbance torque or delay time and of suppressing the influence of the delay. For this end, the present invention includes a motor MTR, an ECU 2 that controls the rotation of the motor MTR, and an ECU 1 that sends a torque command to the ECU 2 based on a command value. The ECU 1 includes a disturbance estimation block 100 and a delay estimation block 200. The disturbance estimation block 100 estimates disturbance torque (τd) using a torque command input to the ECU 2 and a feedback value of the motor MTR. The delay estimation block 200 estimates a delay using a torque command output from the ECU 1, the feedback value of the motor MTR, and the disturbance torque (τd).

摘要: A low-frequency torque controller 9 outputs a low-frequency torque controller output τdc* based on a torque command value τ* and a torque detection value τdet, and a vibrational torque controller 11 outputs a vibrational torque command value τpd* based on the torque command value τ*, the torque detection value τdet, and a rotational phase detection value θ. Meanwhile, in a high-frequency resonance suppression controller, an inverter torque command value τinv* is outputted based on the torque detection value τdet and a corrected torque command value τr* obtained by adding the low-frequency torque controller output τdc* to the vibrational torque command value τpd*. The invention thus provides shaft torque vibrational control of a motor drive system wherein engine vibrational torque command values including distortion components are tracked while entirely removing the influence of resonance, non-periodic disturbances, and periodic disturbances.

摘要: An improved system and method for analyzing motor performance to detect vibration of an electric machine controlled by a motor drive is disclosed. A load observer determines an estimated torque present as a load on the motor as a function of input signals corresponding to a desired torque to be generated by the motor and to a measured angular position of the motor during operation. The motor drive determines a frequency response of the estimated torque to identify at what magnitude and frequency any vibration components are present within the estimated torque signal. The motor drive compares the frequency response of the estimated torque signal to set points. If the measured magnitude of vibration at a particular frequency, as seen in the frequency response, exceeds a threshold set in one of the set points for that frequency, the motor drive generates an output signal indicting an excessive vibration is present.

摘要: A brushless motor control apparatus includes an inverter circuit that applies a drive voltage to a winding of each phase of a brushless motor, a rotor magnetic pole detector that outputs a magnetic pole detection signal corresponding to a rotor position of the brushless motor based on a change of a magnetic pole detected by a Hall sensor, a rotor position estimator that outputs, each time a level of the magnetic pole detection signal is switched, an estimated rotor position signal that indicates an estimated rotor position with an electrical angle and indicates a predetermined electrical angle corresponding to the level after switching, a current detector that detects a current supplied to the inverter circuit as a power source current value, and an electrical angle correction unit that corrects the estimated rotor position signal by determining an electrical angle offset based on fluctuation in the power source current value and adding the electrical angle offset to the electrical angle indicated by the estimated rotor position signal.

摘要: An elevator control device includes a filter to remove a direct current component and a torque component derived from rope imbalance from a torque command value applied to a drive motor, and an inertia identifying mechanism to identify an inertia value of an elevator based on an output obtained when a speed detection signal is input into the filter, and an acceleration converting mechanism, which are connected in series, and an output obtained when the torque command value is input into the filter. As a result, the inertia value of a high-lift elevator can be calculated accurately.
