    摘要: In an electric power steering device in which a control unit and a motor are integrated, when the control unit is housed in a case, although a frame, by which the motor and the control unit are compartmentalized, is required, there have been problems in that the case is deformed by a pressure which influences the case when the frame is provided, and a position accuracy of a shaft center of a rotation shaft of the motor is worsened. Therefore, in order to reduce a deformation of the case, a step portion is provided at an inner wall surface of the case and the frame is contacted to the step portion, and moreover, a connecting portion is provided between an outer circumference portion of the frame and an inner circumference portion of the case, whereby a movement of the frame is restrained.

The voice coil motor includes a frame, a magnetic member disposed at the frame, a coil assembly received in an inner cavity of the frame, a first resilient member, a planar coil, and a base. The magnetic member is disposed around the coil assembly. The planar coil is disposed on the base. The frame is disposed on the planar coil. The first resilient member includes a first connection ring connected to the coil assembly and a first positioning portion. The coil assembly is connected to the frame via the first positioning portion. The first positioning portion is configured to reset the coil assembly after movement of the coil assembly relative to the frame. A positioning mechanism is disposed between the frame and the base and configured to reset the frame after movement of the frame relative to the base.

The printed circuit board includes a reluctance coil configured to generate a voltage in presence of a magnetic flux. The magnetically permeable element has a first end positioned adjacent to a rotor of the electrical machine and a second end positioned adjacent to the coil of the printed circuit board. In some examples, rotation of the rotor causes a change in the magnetic flux through the magnetically permeable element and generation of the voltage across the reluctance coil.
