摘要: A computing system can implement a computer-implemented method for providing selective control of an acoustic environment of a user. The computer-implemented method can include determining a selected audio source of a plurality of audio sources in an environment of a user based at least in part on a selection user input at a peripheral device, where the peripheral device is in communication with the computing system. The computer-implemented method can include receiving a configuration user input at the peripheral device, where the configuration user input is indicative of an intent to configure an audio characteristic associated with the selected audio source. The computer-implemented method can include, in response to receiving the configuration user input, configuring the audio characteristic associated with the selected audio source based at least in part on the configuration user input.

摘要: A system or a method may be provided that may detect a movement or activity of a user via the user's mobile and/or wearable devices. The system may adjust the display interface based on the user's detected movement or activity. When a user is very active (biking or jogging), the user may have very limited amount of time or attention to interact with a display interface. The movement or activity of the user may be detected by a motion detection device installed on the mobile device or on the wearable device. When the user is active, the display interface may adjust to enlarge the information to make it easier for the user to view, read, or interact with. The system may also select and display important information, without other peripheral information (less important information) when the user is active.

摘要: Electronic tracking systems are disclosed for assisting users with locating objects in a sporting environment. One such system includes a ball tracking component that tracks a game ball while moving in the sporting environment, and a heads up display that is worn by the user. This heads up display has an electronic display screen with a transparent display area that dynamically displays images within the user's field of view. A processor, which communicates with the ball tracking component and heads up display, is programmed to detect movement of the game ball, and responsively determine launch characteristics and/or flight characteristics of the moving game ball. The heads up display displays the launch/flight characteristics contemporaneous with an object indication adjacent to or superimposed over the moving game ball as the game ball is visible through the transparent display area of the display screen within the user's field of view.

A controller of the electronic device presents a first version of a user interface at an internal display of the electronic device and a second version at an external display of a second electronic device. The controller monitors input device(s) for an indication that user attention is directed to one of the internal display and the external display. The controller presents a notification via the first user interface at the internal display in response to determining that the user attention is directed to the internal display. The controller presents the notification via the second user interface at the external display in response to determining that the user attention is directed to the external display.

摘要: The present specification describes methods and systems for modifying a media, such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, or Mixed Reality (VR/AR/MxR) media based on a vision profile and a target application. In embodiments of the specification, a Sensory Data Exchange (SDE) is created that enables identification of various vision profiles for users and user groups. The SDE may be utilized to modify one or more media in accordance with each type of user and/or user group.
