摘要: A method of analyzing a visual field of an individual comprises the following steps: —measuring (S4) a first visual field (VF1) of said individual for a first set of oculo-postural parameters of said individual when said individual performs a first task; —measuring (S6) at least one additional visual field (VFi) of said individual for one additional set of said oculo-postural parameters of said individual when said individual performs an additional task; —determining (S8) a functional visual space based on said first visual field (VF1) and said at least one additional visual field (VFi), said functional visual space being an envelope of said first visual field and said at least one additional visual field. The additional task differs from said first task and/or said additional set of oculo-postural parameters differs from said first set of oculo-postural parameters. A corresponding ophthalmic lens is also proposed.

摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to methods and apparatus for accurate identification of the visual axis of the eye. In one embodiment, a visual axis identification system includes a fixation light source, a camera, a processing system, and a multifocal lens. The patient focuses their gaze through the multifocal lens and onto a fixation light beam provided by the fixation light source. The passage of the fixation light beam through the multifocal lens creates two or more images on or near to the patient's retina. The multifocal lens and/or the patient's eye are then moved relative to each other while the patient continuously maintains their gaze on the fixation light beam. The patient's visual axis may be located by determining the location of the optical center of the multifocal trial lens relative to the patient's eye when the centers of the multiple images coincide on the retina.

摘要: Computer implemented methods for mobile device, mobile devices and computer programs are utilized for determining the center of rotation of the eye. An image of an eye of a person is captured in at least two positions of the mobile device, and the position of the center of rotation is determined based on the images and the position. In a similar manner, optionally a pupil position may be determined.

摘要: An augmented reality and extended reality surgical system. The system may comprise a wearable device, such as a head mounted display or glasses, that provides the user with virtual reality, augmented reality, and/or mixed reality for surgery visualization. This may allow the user to access 2D or 3D imaging, magnification, virtual visualization, six-degrees of freedom (6DoF) image management, and/or other images while still viewing real reality and thus maintaining a presence in the operating room.

摘要: A perimeter, including two types: one is a fixation forcing perimeter, and the other is an objective perimeter combined with electro-physiology under forced fixation; the perimeter comprises a fixation forcing device, a display conduction device, a perimetry display device, a feedback device for recording feedback information, and a control center for controlling the perimetry display device and collecting feedback information; the fixation forcing device comprises a negative pressure ring (2) and a negative pressure tube (3), and is adsorbed to the eyeball by negative pressure; when the eyeball moves, the fixation forcing device moves synchronously, and the fixation is forced at the same position, thereby eliminating the influence of a fixation point on the examination results of the perimeter; in the objective perimeter, an electro-physiological signal after forced fixation is automatically recorded by an electro-physiological instrument, so that the subjective response of a patient is eliminated, and the examination results are objective; and the change in the field of view can be early discovered using the electro-physiological signal as an analysis indicator.
