摘要: A fire measuring device for electric vehicles in a garage includes a fire parameter acquisition device for collecting fire parameters during the fire evolution process of electric vehicles in the garage, a fire monitoring device for dynamically recording the combustion process, a computer, a charging pile, and a water gun fire extinguishing mechanism. The fire monitoring device communicates with the computer. The fire parameters include heat release rate, temperature, radiation, released gas, and electric vehicle mass change. The invention adopts a fire measuring device for electric vehicles in the garage with the above structure. By measuring the parameters such as heat release rate, temperature, radiation, and released gas type during the firing process, the firing mechanism of the electric vehicle stored in the garage is further analyzed and studied to provide basic data for the technical development of electric vehicle fire safety and provide experimental guidance for personnel training.

摘要: A cooling architecture for an integrated hydrogen-electric engine having a radiator and a hydrogen fuel cell includes a t and a manifold. The turbine is disposed in fluid communication with the hydrogen fuel cell. The turbine is configured to compress a predetermined amount of air and direct a first portion of the predetermined amount of the compressed air to the fuel cell for generating electricity that powers the integrated hydrogen-electric engine. The manifold is disposed in fluid communication with the turbine and positioned to direct a second portion of the predetermined amount of compressed air to the radiator for removing heat from the radiator.

摘要: A thermal and metal detection device for attaching to a wearer and alerting the wearer of the thermal sensor when detecting a thermal signature of a person includes a housing including a front wall, a back wall, and a perimeter wall. An infrared sensor is coupled to the housing and detects the thermal signature of a person within a vicinity of the user. A metal sensor is coupled to the housing and detects a metal object within the vicinity of the user. A circuit board is electrically coupled to the infrared sensor and to the metal sensor. A plurality of securing members is coupled to the housing. Each of the securing members secures the housing to an object proximate to the user such that only one of the securing members selectively secures the housing to the object when in-use.

Further, the monitoring system has at least one environmental sensor that detects information in an environment of the distribution transformer and a processor that monitors the detected information and determines if the information indicates a scenario in the environment or the electricity grid for which an alert to personnel may be warranted thereby transmitting a message to a central computing device regarding condition awareness so that remedial action may be taken by the personnel.

The temperature of an area adjacent to the first portion may be determined based on the electrical resistance.
