    摘要: A steering actuator for rear axle steering of a motor vehicle has a spindle drive (5) which comprises pushrods (9) which are connected to a threaded spindle (16) and which are mounted in a housing (6) by means of plain bearings (18), allowing the passage of air, and are connected at each end thereof to an attachment element (12) provided for coupling to a chassis suspension arm, wherein a gaiter (19, 20) is connected on the one side to the housing (6) and on the other side to one of the attachment elements (12) in each case. Each plain bearing (18) is designed as a bearing allowing one revolution of the threaded spindle (16), wherein at least one longitudinal groove (21) abuts one guide bush (23) of the plain bearing (18).

    摘要: A sealing system includes a casing with an internal seat, a front edge, an opening, and a radially external lateral surface defining an annular seat. The annular seat includes an annular groove axially spaced from the front edge, itself including one or more mechanical stops, and a plurality of axial grooves connected to the annular groove and interrupting radially at least part of the front edge. The annular groove defines a bottom wall provided with projections spaced from one another and defining depressions, the projections circumferentially offset from the axial grooves. The sealing system further includes a cover with a bottom wall and an annular coupling portion. A radially inner surface of the annular coupling portion includes teeth projecting radially inward and spaced circumferentially from each other. The annular seat is configured to receive the at least one pair of teeth of the annular coupling portion of the cover.

    摘要: A food hygienic bearing assembly is presented herein. The assembly includes a housing, a bearing insert and an end cap. The housing includes a bore spanning between a first surface and a second surface, the bearing insert being disposed within the bore. A plurality of integral spacers extend from the second surface of the housing with a blind tapped hole disposed through each of the spacers and partially into a main body portion of the housing. The end cap is secured to the first surface of the housing in an at least partially covering relation to the bore via at least one fastener and at least one lubrication fitting. The end cap has a partially open configuration defined by a plurality of spaced holes disposed thereon, through which a mounting hole of the bearing insert is accessible without removing the end cap.

    摘要: Systems and methods include providing an aircraft with a fuselage and a wing assembly rotatable relative to the fuselage about a stow axis between a flight position and a stowed position. The aircraft includes an engine reduction gearbox having a retractable driveshaft that selectively engages the mid-wing gearbox via axially translatable motion along a rotation axis when the wing assembly is in the flight position. The mid-wing gearbox includes a plunger seal that is displaced in response to contact with the retractable driveshaft. Displacement of the plunger seal allows lubricant to flow through an inner bore in the retractable driveshaft, across splines of the retractable driveshaft and the mid-wing gearbox, and through lubrication ports in the mid-wing gearbox to lubricate the engine reduction gearbox, splines of the retractable driveshaft and the mid-wing gearbox, and the mid-wing gearbox via a single lubrication system.

    摘要: A spherical plain bearing includes an outer ring and an inner ring that are each coaxial with a longitudinal axis of the bearing. The outer ring has a first axial outer ring end, a second axial outer ring end, and an interior spherical concave bearing surface extending therebetween. The inner ring has a first axial inner ring end, a second axial inner ring end, and an interior cylindrical bearing surface defining a bore and an exterior spherical convex bearing surface extending therebetween. The exterior spherical convex bearing surface is in interfacial sliding engagement with the interior spherical concave bearing surface. A plurality of circumferential lubrication grooves and one or more curved lubrication channels are in the exterior spherical convex bearing surface. The curved lubrication channels are positioned to intersect each of the circumferential lubrication grooves. A plurality of profiled annular lubrication grooves circumferentially extend into the interior cylindrical bearing surface.
