The press-fit structure includes a body, a pressurizing portion, a material storage space, a restricting portion and a limit stop portion. The pressurizing portion is for applying a pressure on an object to cause a material of the object to flow into or enter the material storage space. The object is restricted by the restricting portion, and a restriction direction of the press-fit structure is restricted by the limit stop portion. Thus, the press-fit structure and the press-fit method of the present disclosure are enabled to provide a required object with a stable assembly effect.

The shaft-side strong press-fit portion 124 is defined by a first strong press-fit interference Ls1 as the minimum necessary press-fit interference for electric resistance welding upon electric resistance welding between the hole 111 and the shaft portion 121.

    摘要: A high capacity radial-fit coupling bolt (or “expanding sleeve bolt”) has a pair of tapered sleeves about a shank of a bolt to which can be applied a tensioning load. An extrudable ring, or a compression ring, is interposed between a head nut or head flange at one end of the shank, and one end of an inner sleeve. A tensioning load is applied to the shank, the inner sleeve causing the outer sleeve to expand diametrically. At a preset load limit, the extrudable ring is extruded through at least one bore in a drive piston between the head nut and the extrudable ring, to allow shank to move relative to the inner sleeve until the tensioning load is fully applied. Alternatively, a drive member is provided between the head nut or head flange and the compression ring, and at a preset limit, the compression ring allows the shank to move relative to inner sleeve until the tensioning load is fully applied. The preset limit will typically correspond to the force required to fully expand the outer sleeve.

    摘要: A bracket for clamping a photovoltaic module to a torque tube includes a planar base having a pair of aligned holes, a pair of bolts each extending through one of the pair of holes, and a plurality of securing tabs. Each of the securing tabs can be formed by bending a corner portion of the planar base downwardly to a desired angle. The pair of bolts extend to a sufficient length so as to permit a threaded portion of each bolt to be threaded into a complementary threaded hole of the photovoltaic module assembly (e.g., a rail supporting the photovoltaic module). The supporting tabs are structured and arranged to grip lateral sides of the torque tube. Advantageously, the dimensions allow the clamp to stay on the torque tube through a friction fit for ease of installation prior to threading the hardware into the photovoltaic module assembly.
