摘要: There is disclosed a method of constructing a building, comprising installing: wall structure of the building, the wall structure comprising a panel having opposed skins and a core within which extends at least one cavity; and a ceiling structure of the building, such that the ceiling structure is adjacent the wall structure, and the wall structure bounds a space at a side of the space and the ceiling structure bounds the space at a top of the space, and such that: the space is sheltered and/or isolated from the elements; and/or lock-up is attained in respect of said space, the method further comprising: thereafter installing at least one service line through at least one said cavity of said panel and/or installing at least one service line which comprises at least one said cavity of that panel; and thereafter installing a roof structure of the building over the ceiling structure, wherein a connector is secured between the wall structure and the ceiling structure to form therebetween a connection which is such that the connector engages both the ceiling structure and at least one of the skins so as to direct, to the skin(s) engaged thereby, loading exerted by the ceiling structure, and wherein said at least one said cavity is accessed through said connector and/or through said ceiling structure, to install the service line(s).

摘要: A construction board includes a foam body having first and second planar surfaces, said foam body including a polyisocyanurate foam matrix defining a plurality of closed cells, said closed cells being at least substantially devoid of hydrocarbon blowing agents, and said foam body being characterized by a density, pursuant to ASTM C303, of at least 2.5 lbs/ft3; and a facer disposed on a planar surface of said foam body, said facer including a glass substrate having an internal planar surface proximate to said foam body and an external planar surface opposite said foam body, a first coating disposed on said external surface, and a second coating disposed on or proximate to said internal surface, where said first coating disposed on said external surface includes an inert filler, and where said second coating disposed on or proximate to said internal surface includes intumescent material.

摘要: The panel includes a water resistant barrier layer secured atop its outward facing surface. The water resistant barrier layer includes a skid resistant surface. The panels are made of lignocellulosic material. The water resistant and skid resistant surface may include indicia for aligning strips of tape or for aligning fasteners. A method for manufacturing the water resistant building panels is also disclosed and includes the steps of feeding paper onto a forming belt, depositing lignocellulosic material and the binding agent onto the forming belt so as to form a lignocellulosic mat, applying heat and pressure so as to impart the skid resistant surface on the paper, and cutting panels to predetermined sizes.

摘要: This invention relates to prefabricated, lightweight, multi-component structural modular building panels and modular building systems. The said panels are framed with edge members that have a unique connecting shape, making them modular. The multi-component panel allows for design flexibility and the mass manufacturing of its components. Connectors serve as a link to assemble the panels together, and to connect them to corners, floors or foundations, roof panels and the roof apex member, and or other conventional construction elements. Connectors and members, all with unique connecting shapes, coupled with the said panels, create a structural wall, roof, similar structure or building system. Assembled panels and members incorporate the primary building structure and the building envelope. The assembled panels, members and other components of the building system, in part or whole, can be flat packed for easy transport and shipping, and can be assembled quickly and easily with semi-skilled labor.

摘要: A panel for installing a solar battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first connection portion, which protrudes upwards from one widthwise end of a panel; a second connection portion, which protrudes upwards from the other widthwise end of the panel, and which is fitted to a first connection portion of an adjacent panel in the upward/downward direction; a pair of coupling protrusions bent upwards inside the first connection portion and inside the second connection portion; and a seating portion formed between the coupling protrusions, solar battery modules being installed on the seating portion, wherein the coupling protrusions are bent in the direction in which the solar battery modules are provided, such that the solar battery modules can be pressurized and fixed.

The at least one connecting strip cooperates with a support member from each of two of the plurality of adjacent panels so as to connect said two of the plurality of adjacent panels.
