Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a UV-curable composition having excellent printability, excellent UV reactivity in the presence of oxygen, and excellent adhesiveness at room temperature and high temperature. Provided is a UV-curable composition containing: a curing component containing a (meth)acrylate monomer and a crosslinking component; and a UV curing agent, the (meth)acrylate monomer including, in 100% by weight of the curing component, 50 to 85% by weight of a monomer that, in a form of a homopolymer, has a glass transition temperature of −70° C. to −30° C., a cured product being obtained by applying the composition to a substrate at a thickness of 150 μm and irradiating the composition, without sealing an upper surface of the applied composition, with UV light having a wavelength of 315 nm to 480 nm at an irradiance of 90 mW/cm2 and a dose of 1,350 mJ/cm2 in an atmospheric environment, the cured product having a gel fraction of 0.4 to 78%, a glass transition temperature of −35° C. to 10° C., a reaction percentage of 83% or higher, and a reaction progress percentage on a surface facing the atmosphere of 93% or higher relative to a surface facing the substrate.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a radiation curable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with excellent storage stability, which can suppress the progress of curing during storage and maintain excellent level difference absorbability and stress relaxation properties for a long time. A radiation curable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 of the present invention has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 that is cured by irradiation with radiation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 contains a photopolymerization initiator 11a and a crosslinking agent 11b, and the curing by irradiation with radiation is curing by a reaction between the photopolymerization initiator 11a and the crosslinking agent 11b. In the radiation curable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 of the present invention, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is stored at 50° C. for 4 weeks, a rate of change in residual stress (N/cm2) expressed by the following equation is 70% or less.

Abstract: A fire resistant (FR) pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) comprises a blend of: a) a (meth)acrylate polymer comprising cationic monomer units; and b) a non-halogenated flame retardant. In some embodiments, the cationic monomer units comprise cationic quaternary amine groups. The (meth)acrylate polymer may additionally comprise anionic monomer units, in which case the molar ratio of anionic monomer units present in the polymer to cationic monomer units present in the polymer is typically less than 0.9. The FR PSA may be aqueous based and may be free of common solvents. The FR PSA may demonstrate improved flame retardance with good compatibility between PSA and flame retardant, and may retain compatibility even at high loadings of flame retardant.
