摘要: A recycling apparatus is composed of a high-pressure water generating device, generating high-pressure water, and a jet nozzle that is connected to the high-pressure water generating device and spouts the high-pressure water toward a solar panel. The jet nozzle spouts the high-pressure water toward a back surface of the solar panel to remove a layer of the solar panel until a cover glass included in the solar panel.

摘要: A seal assembly can include an annular seal having a first end portion and a second end portion. The second end portion can include a first annular face, a first tapered portion, and a radially-inner surface configured to seal an outer surface of a plunger. The seal assembly can include a backup ring having a first end portion having with a second annular face and a second tapered portion, and a second end portion. The seal assembly can include an annular hoop ring positioned between the annular seal and the annular backup ring, the annular hoop ring having a first tapered surface configured to engage the annular seal, and a second tapered surface configured to engage the annular backup ring. An angle between the second tapered surface and the longitudinal axis of the annular hoop ring can be between 50 degrees and 80 degrees.

摘要: Machine for recycling tyres by recovering the tyre tread rubber using waterjets. The machine comprises a loading unit for loading a tread, a processing unit, the processing unit comprising a framework comprising a preprocessing zone, a processing zone and a postprocessing design. The preprocessing zone drives a cut tread towards the processing zone. The processing zone comprises a processing module designed to direct a waterjet onto the recovered tread. The preprocessing zone comprises motorized guide rollers and presence sensors arranged in such a way as to allow a second tread to catch up with a first tread in such a way as to reduce, to the point of closing up, the space between two treads.

摘要: An embodiment of the present application provides a processing method including a collecting step and a cutting step. The collecting step involves collecting a lithium ion battery including: an electrode body; a battery case housing the electrode body; and an electrode terminal connected to the electrode body and partially exposed to outside of the battery case. The cutting step involves cutting a connection between the electrode terminal and the electrode body of the collected lithium ion battery by using a water jet cutter. The processing method includes no lithium ion battery discharging step between the collecting step and the cutting step.

摘要: An impact tool includes a core and a plurality of projections. The core is formed of a first material that has a first specific gravity and each projection is formed of a second material that has a second specific gravity. The plurality of projections is configured on the core such that at least two projections intersect a first hypothetical plane disposed on the first side of the core and at least two projections intersect a second hypothetical plane disposed on the second side of the core and that is opposably facing the first side. Each of the first and second hypothetical planes is disposed a distance from the central lengthwise axis of the core that is greater than the radius of the core and less than the sum of the radius of the core and the length of a projection.

摘要: The invention features methods and apparatuses for altering a cutting operation during operation of the pressurized liquid jet cutting system. A pressurized liquid jet cutting system includes a pressurized fluid jet cutting head having a plurality of components. The cutting head further includes a sensor configured to sense an operating condition. The sensor transmits a value of the operating condition to a computing device, which alters a subsequent cutting operation. Further, the fluid jet cutting head is configured to work with a data storage mechanism and a reader, such that the data storage mechanism in contact with a body of the fluid jet cutting head is configured to communicate information to a reader of the pressurized liquid jet cutting system. The information is usable to determine a condition of replacement (e.g., a remaining usable life) of the replaceable component, change an operating pressure, change a cutting speed, or alter another operating parameter of the pressurized liquid jet cutting system.
