摘要: Storage and retrieval systems demand time and space efficient approaches. Embodiments herein provide a storage system with guided plate based lifting apparatus for payload loading-unloading on storage rack. The system deploys an Automated Guided Vehicle/Autonomous Mobile Robot (AGV/AMR) mounted with multiple lifting apparatuses in between two adjacent storage racks. The racks are modified with guide plates having entry cutouts for horizontal movements and entry guides for vertical movement of lifting apparatus. Ramp provided in the guide plates at the bottom of racks ensures there is enough clearance for lifting apparatus to go inside an aisle and have smooth vertical lifting. Wheel retention mechanism guides the vertical lifting maintaining required clearance. A conveyor belt mechanism mounted to base plate of lifting apparatus consists of geared rotary motor for conveyor belt that has a forward and backward movement, enabling the lifting apparatus to load/unload the payload inside/outside the racks.

摘要: A machine for handling bottles includes first and a second conveyor belts to advance the bottles. The first conveyor belt has a first direction of advancement and the second conveyor belt has a second direction of advancement. The first and second directions of advancement are incident to each other. A deflector device connects the first and second conveyor belts, and includes outer and inner guide bodies to contain the bottles. The inner guide body includes a belt to advance the bottles. Conditioning elements change the configuration of the inner guide body varying its relative position with respect to the outer guide body and the radius of curvature of the advancing belt. The conditioning elements include an element pushing a respective element for tensioning the belt. The pushing element has adjustment elements to vary the thrust applied on the tensioning element and the curvature of the belt.

摘要: Conventionally, in industries, different complex profiles (e.g., objects) are extruded and cut to required lengths for handling these profiles. This requires moving profiles from one location to another and placing them together with other similar or identical profiles which is currently a manual process. Present disclosure provides an apparatus for re-orientation of profiles for easy pick and place of these profiles from one location to another location. The apparatus includes actuator arm assemblies that are actuated for movement in upward and downward direction, wherein actuated rollers are trigged to move upward/downward directions accordingly. Profile is placed in initial position on an endless re-orienting belt above the surface of actuator arm assemblies wherein each actuator arm assembly is actuated to move the profile from one sub-region to another sub-region until the profile attains a desired orientation for pick and place of the re-oriented profile to desired location with required angle.

摘要: A robotic system having a movable gantry robot (10) for conducting construction operations. The gantry may have an expandable bridge (20) and articulated gantry support legs (34) as well as a support track system (60) holding a gantry robot (800) which may hold one or more implements and peripheral devices (806). The device can be moved by propulsion mechanisms, a controller, and one or more geo-positioned control devices to provide position information for the robotic gantry as it moves back and forth along a plurality of work sites (700). The robotic gantry is connected to a power supply system (236). The controller is automated, self-navigating, and activates, deactivates, and/or changes the operation of the propulsion mechanisms, and deploys, retracts, activates, deactivates, and/or changes the operation of one or more of the construction implements. The height of the frame may be adjusted by extending and rotating risers and booms to accommodate different building heights or sub-level heights at a worksite. A conveyor system is optimized for removing dirt from or delivering material to the robotic arm. This invention can be applied to automating construction jobs including surveying, land preparation, excavation, foundation, masonry, framing, and additive fabrication.

摘要: A flash lamp system provides flashes to a bottom side of a conveyor to disinfect the conveyor while the conveyor is transporting products on a top side of the conveyor. The flashes are provided to discontinuous segments of the conveyor such that a portion of the conveyor is treated with each revolution, but a controller causes the entire length of the conveyor to be disinfected over multiple revolutions. The controller can respond to changes in speed and detected levels of disinfection. The disinfection system can be used in many applications, such as the transporting of fresh or frozen food products.

摘要: Disclosed is a conveyor system and method for advancing an item relative to a transport axis. The conveyor system includes a conveyor belt and a modular drive assembly having at least one drive module and at least one take-up module. Each drive module and each take-up module has a housing and a pulley assembly positioned within the housing. The respective positions of the housings of the at least one drive module and the at least one take-up module relative to the transport axis are selectively adjustable to modify the conveyor movement pathway. Moreover, the drive module can also include a drive pulley removal apparatus that is detachably secured within the housing for selective removal and replacement of a drive pulley.
