摘要： A cutting machine includes a table having a planar working surface lying in a working surface plane, a protective pane, a light curtain device configured to generate a light curtain, a crossbeam above the working surface and designed for linear positionability parallel to a first horizontal axis, and a module on the crossbeam and designed for linear positionability parallel to a second horizontal axis perpendicular to the first horizontal axis. The cutting machine further includes a control unit configured to control the cutting machine. The cutting machine has a first operating state and a second operating state. In the first operating state, the protective pane on a first side of the table is below the working surface plane. In the second operating state, both the protective pane and the light curtain on the first side of the table are at least partially above the working surface plane.

Workpiece-specific manufacturing process information is provided in the manufacturing control system, and is acquired during manufacturing of the workpieces and includes features of cutting processes. A database of illustration options is provided in the manufacturing control system, the options are associated with a specific manufacturing feature and are applicable to the workpiece image data to cause an illustration of the respective workpiece image data on the display unit. The workpiece image data is displayed on the display unit, while taking into account illustration options in the workpiece-specific manner.

摘要： A food processing system includes a structural frame with a conveyor that defines a processing path. The system includes a vision subsystem that captures images of opposite sides of a material on the conveyor and generates superimposed and extracted boundaries of main products and co-products in the material based on the images. The boundaries are converted into coordinates for guiding an automated cutting subsystem, which cuts the material along the boundaries. The separation and material handling subsystem utilizes curvature in the conveyor and a shaker conveyor system to separate or provide more space between the main products and the co-products after the cutting operation. The separation and material handling subsystem may also include a pick and place system that identifies and remove the co-products from the main products on the conveyor, while also providing feedback to the vision subsystem to improve the precision of additional cutting operations.

摘要： A cutting apparatus for cutting an essentially V-shaped strip from meat products fed in a transport direction has a knife carrier to which two knife units are assigned. Each knife unit has a circular knife and a drive for rotationally driving the circular knife about a central axis of rotation. The two circular knives are set substantially in a V-shape to each other in a position enclosing an angle. An adjustable arrangement of the knife units provides for setting of the size of the angle. The offset of the two central axes of rotation to each other is equal to zero in the transport direction and the two knife units are adjustable exclusively synchronously with each other. A corresponding apparatus and method for cutting an essentially V-shaped strip from meat products fed in transport direction is also provided.

摘要： A transport unit, such as a feeder of a packaging device, is provided, wherein the loading of the transport unit by portions is registered by a control and stored in a memory of the control. The transport unit, in particular its operating unit, is designed in such a manner that an operator can select and mark food pieces or portions to be removed from the transport unit and actually removed, on a display of the operating unit where they are displayed in a run during operation of the transport unit, whereupon the control automatically deletes the food pieces or portions in its memory.
For this purpose, the operator observes the transported food pieces or portions, preferably in reality, or on the display of the operating unit, and marks them as rejects, either by clicking on them with a cursor or touching them in the case of a touch-sensitive display.-

摘要： This invention relates to a cutting apparatus for cutting food items conveyed on a conveyor including at least one conveyor belt. A cutter is arranged above a gap extending across the at least one conveyor belt. The cutter is positioned in relation to the gap such that the cutting path of the cutter extends through the food items and the gap and below the surface level of the at least one conveyor belt. The cutter is adapted to be connected to a control mechanism for operating crosswise movement of the cutter along the gap. The gap is formed between adjacent elongated supporting means such as rollers with a fixed internal arrangement, where the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter is adapted to be connected to a control mechanism for operating back and forth movement of the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter parallel to the conveying direction while maintaining the internal arrangement of the adjacent elongated supporting means and the cutter fixed.
