摘要: A method for making a profile with a micro-hole, in particular using a continuous composite extrusion process, comprises embedding, in a position in a matrix of the profile to be formed where a micro-hole is to be formed, a continuous wire having a shape and size consistent with that of the micro-hole; sawing a composite profile with the wire obtained by extrusion to a desired length; and removing the wire from the sawed composite profile using a predetermined physical or chemical method without changing the matrix of the composite profile so that the micro-hole of the predetermined size and shape is formed in the predetermined position in the profile. This method is simple, does not require any large, expensive, and sophisticated equipment, can produce continuous micro-holes of different specifications, and can be used in a wide variety of applications.

摘要: The present invention increases the positional accuracy of a floating cutter unit with respect to a press upper die for main trimming. A floating cutter unit is provided with: a floating cutter for cutting scrap from a plate-shaped material, said floating cutter being attached to and used in a trimming press processing device that cuts scrap from a plate-shaped material along a trim line Tr and that additionally cuts scrap along a scrap cut line Sc; a spring that is brought into contact with the tail end surface of the floating cutter and with a holder set for holding the floating cutter so as to be movable in the direction of an axial center O, and that applies reaction force to the floating cutter; and a guide member that is attached to the holder set, brought into contact with the floating cutter, and used to guide movement in the direction of the axial center O.

摘要: A positioning device for hot stamping includes a pilot pin and a driving mechanism for driving the pilot pin. Before a plate material is placed into a press die, when the driving mechanism positions the pilot pin at a predetermined projecting position, a tip portion of the pilot pin projects from a pin guide hole and a body portion of the pilot pin formed further toward a base end side than the tip portion projects from the pin guide hole. Before a process in which the press die removes heat from the plate material after having been press-formed by the press die, when the driving mechanism positions the pilot pin at a predetermined immersed position, the body portion of the pilot pin is immersed in the pin guide hole while only the tip portion of the pilot pin projects from the pin guide hole.

摘要: Electromagnetic manufacturing method and forming device of mesoscale plate are provided. The manufacturing method includes: oppositely and parallelly disposing a first workpiece to be formed on top of a mold, side-press restraining two ends of the first workpiece, and disposing a deceleration block on two sides of the mold; controlling the first workpiece to tend toward the mold and to be deformed under the drive of uniform electromagnetic force; and colliding a middle area of the first workpiece firstly with the mold under the drive of uniform electromagnetic force, and driving the speed of the middle area of the first workpiece to decelerate to zero. When an area close to the two ends collides with the deceleration block and until the speed of all areas of first workpiece decelerates to zero, forming is completed. Shaping is tending further toward the mold through electromagnetic force until completely fitted to the mold.

摘要: Feed segments within an adjustable feed matrix may be vertically adjusted, horizontally adjusted, and adjusted for rebar thickness. The adjustable feed matrix may be used in rebar structure building. A feed column may include a plurality of feed segments. Each feed segment may include a feed input and a feed output connected by a feed cavity. The feed cavity can include a feed mechanism and/or stabilizing mechanism that allows different thicknesses of rebar to consistently pass through the feed segment to the feed output. A vertical adjustment may adjust vertical spacing of the segments and increase or decrease vertical spacing of the feed outputs, enabling different vertical spacing between rebar passing through segments of the feed column. The feed column may attach to a rail through a coupling. The coupling may be released through a horizontal adjustment, enabling the feed column to slide along the rail and adjust horizontal spacing of the feed outputs.

摘要: On a back side of a table, moving bodies are provided being movable in a left-right direction. A bending system includes moving actuators to cause the moving bodies to move in the left-right direction relative to the table and position detectors to detect positions of the moving bodies in the left-right direction. The moving bodies are provided with hole detectors to detect the engagement holes tools fitted to a tool holder. The bending system includes a hole position acquisition unit to acquire positions of the engagement holes of the tools in the left-right direction, based on positions of the moving bodies in the left-right direction at the time of the engagement holes of the tools being detected.
