摘要: An attachment for converting a CNC milling machine to a CNC wire saw machine. The attachment may include a gantry that may be coupled with a respective gantry of the CNC milling machine, a carriage that may be attached to and moveable with a respective carriage of the CNC milling machine. A drive pulley of the system may be coupled with and driven by a spindle of the CNC milling machine. The drive pully may drive a wire saw through an assembly of idler pulleys. A wire tension mechanism may keep the wire fully stretched. The wire tension mechanism may include a curved guide rail mounted on the gantry and a vertical guide rail mounted on the carriage. A slider that slides vertically on the vertical guide rail and follows the curved guide rail may house a tension wheel that may keep the wire at a fully stretched state.

摘要: Systems and methods suitable for cutting a material and deburring devices for performing a deburring operation on an edge of the material. Such a system includes a frame and table systems supported by the frame. Each table system includes a table for supporting the material and each table system is independently movable relative to the frame in lateral directions. A first carriage unit and second carriage units are supported by the frame and independently operable to travel in a travel direction transverse to the lateral directions. The first carriage unit includes multiple cutting devices, and the second carriage units includes multiple deburring devices. Each cutting device operates in conjunction with a corresponding one of the deburring devices, and the cutting and deburring devices are independently operable to cause the cutting devices and the deburring devices to simultaneously travel in the travel direction.

摘要: Shaping systems and methods suitable for cutting a material, and deburring devices for performing a deburring operation on an edge of the material. Such deburring devices include a manifold having at least first, second, and third nozzles having first, second, and third axes on different first, second, and third planes, respectively. The first, second, and third nozzles are adapted to project first, second, and third gas streams therefrom in the first, second, and third planes axes. A mechanism is provided for orienting the manifold to project the first, second, and third gas streams at the edge of the material.

摘要: The present invention relates to a conveying accuracy related fault detectable integrated sheet body punching and grinding assembly, including frame, conveying trough seat and processing frame. The processing frame is provided with a punching device and a grinding device, the frame is provided with a feed motor and feed screw. The feed screw is sleeved with a movable feed block; the movable feed block is fixedly connected with a movable feed seat, and the movable feed seat is provided with a feed lift cylinder, the feed lift cylinder is provided with a feed lift block. The feed lift block is evenly disposed with feed blocks that are capable of passing through the feed conveying trough, and a vertically oriented beam emitter is disposed on the portion that the feed lift block corresponds with the grinding device. A beam receiver is embedded in the lower surface of the grinding component of the grinding device; the present invention provides a beam emitter capable of emitting a vertical beam on the feed block corresponding to the grinding device, matching with the beam receiver disposed under the grinding head of the grinding device, which may accurately detect the feeding position of the feed block, thereby improves the punching and grinding precision of sheet bodies.

A loader includes a guide rail extending above the lathe-side chucks, and MC-side chuck along the horizontal direction and a loader head that holds the workpiece and carries the workpiece between at least the lathe-side chucks, and MC-side chuck by moving along the guide rail.

摘要: There is provided a method for creating machining data for a hybrid ultraprecision machining device for manufacturing a micro-machined product from a workpiece, the machining device comprising: an electromagnetic-wave-machining means for roughly machining the workpiece; a precision-machining means for precisely machining the roughly machined workpiece; and a shape-measurement means, wherein the creation of the machining data makes use of: information on original shape corresponding to shape of the workpiece; information on roughly-machining shape to be removed from the workpiece by the electromagnetic-wave-machining means; and stereoscopic model of after-electromagnetic-wave-machining shape which is obtained by subtracting the roughly-machining shape from the original shape, wherein the machining data is created for electromagnetic-wave machining on the basis of information on a plurality of sliced portions obtained by partially slice-cutting from the stereoscopic model of the after-electromagnetic-wave-machining shape.
