摘要： A cross-coupling control method for moving beam of gantry machine tool is disclosed, which relates to the technical field of CNC machine tool control. The cross-coupling control method includes: Step 1: establishing a crossbeam dynamics model considering a ram on the crossbeam, and at the same time simplifying the model for an observer design; step 2: realizing a PID control parameter adjustment of motors at both ends in accordance with a method of parameter tuning of a unilateral servo control system; using a servo system with the same control parameters to jointly drive the crossbeam up and down, realizing the synchronous control and realizing PID control parameter tuning for both end motors. The disclosure not only reduces the synchronization error caused by the torsion of the crossbeam, but also solves the synchronization error caused by the asymmetric load on both sides, and improves the system robustness and stability.

摘要： Present invention relates to a rotary positioner that allows a welding table's work surface to be set at an angle as desired by a user. Two vertical frames can move and slide along the length of a chassis-bar to adjust the distance between the two vertical frames. As long as the length of a welding table does not exceed the total greatest distance between the two vertical frames, the present invention can fit any work table or welding table. Caster wheels and height adjustment knobs allow for easy movement and balancing of the rotary positioner.

A U-shaped frame juxtaposed with the housing front face has two rigid arms each extending rearward adjacent the housing side walls with interfitting guides between each of the arms and the respective side wall enabling horizontal movement of the frame toward and away from the front face. A second holder on the frame and in front of the front wall holds the tool or the workpiece and is engageable with the workpiece or the tool, respectively, in the first holder.

When a tool attached to the spindle is removed from the spindle, the table is driven in the first direction, and when a tool accommodated by the magazine is attached to the spindle, the table is driven in the second direction. A horizontal machining center having a simple structure and prevented from having a bulky structure can thus be accomplished.

摘要： An XY translation stage includes a primary drive mechanism and a stage drive assembly. The primary drive mechanism rotates the stage drive assembly about an axis of rotation. The XY translation stage also includes an object stage that orbits freely in a defined plane without rotation of the object stage out of that defined plane. A stage pin associates the stage drive assembly with the object stage such that rotational movement of the stage drive assembly yields orbital movement of the object stage within the defined plane. The positioning of the stage pin relative to the axis of rotation is adjustable such that the diameter of the orbital movement of the object stage is adjustable.
