摘要: Provided is a use method of a gravity double-tube microwave-assisted grinding device capable of controlling ore thickness. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, estimating a metal mineral content of ores; step 2, calculating a penetration depth of the ores, step 3, determining a feeding size; step 4, determining a material thickness; step 5, determining a discharging speed Vp0; step 6, determining whether the gravity double-tube microwave-assisted grinding device capable of controlling ore thickness adopts a single-tube structure or a double-tube structure; and step 7, conveying the ores, performing heating, optimizing material parameters of the ores, and optimizing microwave parameters. By determining the feeding size of the ores and the material thickness, whether the gravity double-tube microwave-assisted grinding device capable of controlling ore thickness adopts the single-tube structure or the double-tube structure is determined, and the assisted grinding efficiency of a microwave equipment on the ores is improved.

摘要: Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. This can be accomplished using a bucket assembly that can grind, paddle, and heat organic matter contained therein. An algorithm is used to control the conversion of organic input to organic output by progressing through processing states based, in part, on time windows, runtimes, and sensor inputs.

摘要: A method of separating contaminants from at least one continuous fluid stream. The method includes steps that are performed inside of a solids dissociation apparatus (SDA) and inside of a solids separation apparatus (SSA) for separating contaminants from at least one continuous fluid stream. The method includes steps of eviscerating the contaminants in the at least one continuous fluid stream inside of SDA upon pumping the at least one continuous fluid stream in SDA, generating a traveling sonic wave in SDA, and cavitating the at least one continuous fluid stream in SDA. The method also includes steps of removing the eviscerated contaminants of a first configuration from the at least one continuous fluid stream by SSA upon generating a standing sonic wave in SSA and forcing the eviscerated contaminants into at least one set of ports of at least one removal stage of a tower of SSA.

摘要: A system for refining mixed material streams, includes a receptacle for receiving an input stream; a mill grinding the input stream to reduce particle size and output a milled stream; a first filter having first filtration holes which filter the milled stream to remove a first portion having particle sizes larger than the first filtration holes and to output as a sifted stream a second portion having particle sizes smaller than the first filtration holes; a second filter having second filtration holes which are smaller than the first filtration holes, the second filtration holes filtering the sifted stream to output a filtered stream; and a density separator receiving the filtered stream and receiving a liquid. The filtered stream combined with the liquid forms a mixture, and the density separator separates the mixture into at least a first output and a second output having a greater density than the first output.

摘要: A system and method for freezing and breaking down tires or other materials is disclosed. The system and method for freezing and breaking down tires includes using a shredder to shred the tires, using a filter to screen the tire shreds, using a water sprayer to rinse the tire shreds, using a freezing tunnel to freeze the tire shreds before they are crushed into tire grains, using a magnet to remove any metallic fibers, filtering out any oversized tire grains for re-freezing and re-crushing, and using a separator to separate out any oversized or undersized pieces before bagging the final tire grains for re-use and recycling.

摘要: A process for fracturing and devolatilizing coal particles rapidly exposes coal particles to a high temperature, oxygen-depleted work zone for a sufficient time period to cause volatile matter within the coal particles to vaporize and fracture the coal particles. The work zone has a temperature in the range from 600° C. to 2000° C. The coal particles are exposed to the high temperature, oxygen-depleted work zone for a time period less than 1 seconds, and preferably less than 0.3 second. The vaporized volatile matter is condensed and recovered as microcarbon particles.
