Abstract: A hygienic disposal device for sanitary waste includes a supporting structure frame for mounting one or more components, including an opening lid hingedly connected to a hopper equipped with spray nozzles for disinfectant solution and water spraying. A shredder is connected to the hopper for shredding the waste, followed by a mixing chamber for homogenously mixing shredded waste with water. Valves at the bottom of the mixing chamber separate cellulose and plastic waste. Two rotating drums dewater and dry the separated waste, while a dryer blows hot air for further drying. An outlet discharges separated water into municipal sewage lines.

Abstract: A system for preparing a medicinal substance containing full spectrum of therapeutically desirable substances in naturally occurring proportions found in hemp plants, carried out by grinding a whole hemp plant to produce fine particles material, and exposing the fine particles material to an elevated pressure (11 PSI-15 PSI) and a reaction temperature maintained in a range of 230 F-250 F which is below a boiling point of the phyto-cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids, thus providing enhanced conditions for solvent-free extraction of the therapeutically desirable substances and diffusing the extracted substances into the carrier oil at an enhanced rate. Thus producing an infused oil final product containing a full spectrum phyto-cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids in naturally occurring proportions.

Abstract: The invention discloses a vacuum cracking apparatus for a power battery and a cracking method thereof. The cracking device includes a cylinder and further includes a rolling device, a first sealing device, a cracking device, a second sealing device, a pyrolysis device and a third sealing device which are arranged from top to bottom. The cracking device for the power battery of the present invention is equipped with the first sealing device, the second sealing device and the third sealing device to isolate the cracking device from the pyrolysis device and be capable of realizing material transmission and gas isolation without interference with each other, so that gas stirring between an anaerobic zone and an aerobic zone is avoided; and by combing battery cracking and battery pyrolysis, with cracked gas discharged after cracking as a fuel for cracking and pyrolysis or preheating a pyrolysis device, resources are fully used.

Abstract: A waste management system for plastic or other material floating on the surface and in the subsurface of a body of water. A shredding device will reduce the size of the particles of waste. Ocean water is removed by a drying device. The dried waste material is frozen to a temperature at or below minus fifty degrees Fahrenheit, using liquid nitrogen or other suitable means. The frozen waste material is then pulverized and ground into a powder. The powder may then be sprayed into a gas-filled chamber and heated. Temperature, pressure and humidity are maintained within the chamber for more than one minute. Microwave or other radiation and catalysts may be used to enhance the process of extraction. The processed material is then removed from the chamber. Carbon may be recycled or used as fuel by the ship. Water may be used by the ship or returned to the ocean.

The fragmented material 2 is moved through the liquid bath 6 by exciting mechanical vibrations in the liquid bath 6 e.g. by a vibrational motor 28 coupled to the liquid bath 6 and/or an ultrasonic resonator 26 attached to the liquid bath 6. The invention allows to grind even materials being difficult to grind by reaching a temperature of −150° C. and less before entering the mill 10 while avoiding a direct cooling e.g, by introducing liquid nitrogen directly into the mill 10.

Abstract: The invention provides an integrated separator system for the preconcentration of a material comprising one or more grizzly bars and one or more electrodes which provide a high voltage pulse (HVP) discharge to the material. The invention also provides a process for preconcentration of a material preferably a mineral within a rock which comprises: providing the material into an integrated separator system comprising one or more grizzly bars and one or more electrodes which are capable of providing at least one high voltage pulse discharge(s) to the material; applying one or more high voltage pulse discharge(s) to the material as the material is travelling along the grizzly bar(s) to preferentially disintegrate the particles containing mineral grains of high conductivity/permittivity; separating the disintegrated particles by way of the grizzly bar(s) resulting in the separation of the feed material into low grade (oversize) and high grade (undersize) products; and wherein the disintegrated particles from step b) pass through a screening element for further treatment. The present invention also relates to a process for comminution of a material.
