    摘要: An environment-friendly construction waste treatment equipment for civil engineering is provided, including a main frame, a wringing frame, first fixing columns, a second fixing column, an electric motor, etc. wherein the first fixing column is provided on each of front and rear sides of a left side of an upper portion of the main frame, the wringing frame is provided between the first fixing columns, the second fixing column is provided on rear and left sides of the upper portion of the main frame, and the electric motor is provided on the second fixing column. The electric motor is turned on, the wringing wheels wring the construction waste, the wringed construction waste falls onto the conveying belt, and then is transferred to the filtering plate via the conveying belt. In this way, as the construction waste is conveyed via the conveying belt, the equipment is prevented from being blocked.

    摘要: Provided is a method that, when pulp fibers are recovered from used absorbent articles that have been put into collection bags, makes it possible to safely and sanitarily crush the used absorbent articles while suppressing costs. A method for recovering pulp fibers from used absorbent articles, the method comprising: a crushing step (S12) in which collection bags (A) in which used absorbent articles have been sealed are put into a container (65), the collection bags in the container are transferred to a crushing device (12) that communicates with the container, and, bag by bag, the crushing device crushes the used absorbent articles in the collections bags in a deactivating aqueous solution; and a separation step (S13) in which the pulp fibers, a highly water-absorbent polymer, and the deactivating aqueous solution are separated from the crushed product and deactivating aqueous solution obtained in the crushing step.

A processor apparatus may comprise a housing and at least two generally cylindrical rolls rotatably mounted on the housing, with a gap being formed between the rolls through which the path of the crop materials passes. At least one roll may have alternating longitudinal ridges and grooves forming teeth on the surface of the roll. A rotating assembly may be configured to rotate the rolls with respect to the housing, the rotating assembly being configured to rotate the pair of rolls at different rotational speeds. A method may comprise cutting plants growing in a field, chopping the plants of the crop materials in a manner to produce pieces of the plants that have lengths of approximately 1 inch to approximately 2.5 inches long, and processing the plant pieces between the rolls rotating at a speed differential of at least 10 percent.

The conveyor includes a first end, a second end adjacent the crusher, and a screen section located between the first and second ends. The underground mobile sizer also includes a belt conveyor positioned beneath the screen section and the crusher. The belt conveyor is configured to receive material that travels through the screen section and the crusher, wherein material below a predetermined size passes through the screen section to the belt conveyor without passing through the crusher.
