At least one sawblade (9) is rotatable with respect to the stationary housing (3), and has a periphery (12) provided with a plurality of cutting teeth (15) and a plurality of collecting notches (17). An inlet opening (19) for feeding material to the interior space (5), and an outlet opening (21) for dispatching pulverized material from the interior space (5) are provided in the interior wall (7) of the housing (3), with a plurality of recesses (23) facing the periphery (12) of the sawblade (9) receiving the cut material from collecting notches (17) of the sawblade (9), and reverting the cut material to the periphery (12) of the sawblade (9) so that the material is cut multiple times before dispatch. The interior wall (7) surrounds a main part of the periphery (12) of the sawblade (9), and the inlet opening (19) and the outlet opening (21) are in direct communication with the interior space (5) so that the material enters and leaves the interior space (5) during one revolution of the sawblade (9).

    摘要: A junk crusher device for crushing junk in a fluid stream includes a circular plate and a shaft. The circular plate includes fluid stream discharge holes and a bearing. The shaft is disposed within the bearing and includes detachably connected tear blades that are configured to rotate with the shaft. The junk crusher device further includes an impeller, hydraulically driven by the fluid stream, configured to rotate the shaft, an internal housing including fixed blades, and a body configured to receive the internal housing such that the internal housing is secured to an interior of the body. The rotating tear blades and fixed blades are configured to crush junk in the fluid stream. The fluid stream discharge holes disposed in the circular plate are configured to filter crushed junk.

    摘要: A cutting blade assembly establishes a bidirectional and/or multifaceted scissor-type cutting action to efficiently and effectively process various types of debris encountered by the cutting blade assembly. The assembly includes a cutting plate and a cutting hub configured for relative rotation. A cutting slot is formed in the cutting plate and intersects the axial face to define a cutting edge at the intersection of the cutting slot and the axial face. The cutting hub has a cutting arm positioned adjacent to the axial face. When the cutting plate and the cutting hub undergo relative rotation, the cutting arm passes adjacent to the cutting edge to perform a scissor-type cutting action.
