Abstract: A junk crusher device for crushing junk in a fluid stream includes a circular plate and a shaft. The circular plate includes fluid stream discharge holes and a bearing. The shaft is disposed within the bearing and includes detachably connected tear blades that are configured to rotate with the shaft. The junk crusher device further includes an impeller, hydraulically driven by the fluid stream, configured to rotate the shaft, an internal housing including fixed blades, and a body configured to receive the internal housing such that the internal housing is secured to an interior of the body. The rotating tear blades and fixed blades are configured to crush junk in the fluid stream. The fluid stream discharge holes disposed in the circular plate are configured to filter crushed junk.

Abstract: A device for generating pressure waves in a well or a wellbore. The device includes a housing containing an impact-generating mechanism for generating the pressure waves and a connector for connecting the housing to a conveyor for transporting the device to any desired location within the well or the wellbore. The device may be used for a number of downhole applications such as cleaning perforations, fracturing processes, vibration of a casing to prevent fluid flow in a cemented annulus, hydraulic jar operations for freeing stuck downhole objects, generating data to optimize pumping parameters and as an enhancement to percussion drilling techniques.

Abstract: A system for producing fluids from a wellbore extending from a well surface to a fluid-producing formation has a Y-tool installed in fluid communication with the tubing string placed in the wellbore. A pump, which may be an electric submersible pump (ESP), is installed in the Y-tool for lifting fluids from the formation to the surface. A blanking plug is positioned in the tubing string between the upper and lower connections of the Y-tool. A flushing port extends through a wall of the tubing string, positioned above and near the upper end of the blanking plug when in its operating position, and a flushing tube is located in the annular space between the tubing string and the wellbore casing. The flushing tube is in fluid communication with the flushing port and extends from the flushing port to the well surface. Flushing fluid is pumped downhole through the flushing tube to agitate and disperse any accumulated sand, scale and other particulate matter on top of the blanking plug.

Abstract: A resource collection device of a resource collection system has a resource collection pipe, a protection pipe, and a coiled tubing device. The protection pipe is disposed around the resource collection pipe and protects the resource collection pipe. The coiled tubing device is fed from a winding reel disposed on the sea surface or inside the protection pipe by way of a feeding device and penetrates a side wall of the protection pipe to extend from the interior to the exterior. The resource collection system cracks the sea floor layer by way of: supplying undiluted solutions of foaming material, fuel gas, and air containing oxygen into the sea floor layer through the coiled tubing device; mixing the undiluted solutions of foaming material together to expand in an atmosphere that includes fuel gas and air; and causing the fuel gas accumulated in the hollows of the foaming material to explosively combust.
