    摘要: A kind of all-solid-state high-power slab laser based on phonon band-edge emission, which is comprised of a pumping source, a focusing system, a resonant cavity and a self-frequency-doubling crystal; the said self-frequency-doubling crystal is a Yb-doped RECOB crystal cut into slab shape along the direction of the crystal's maximum effective nonlinear coefficient of its non-principal plane; by changing the cutting direction of the crystal, the phase matching of different wavelengths is realized, thus realizing laser output at the band of 560-600 nm; the said pumping source is a diode laser matrix with a wavelength of 880 nm-980 nm; the input cavity mirror and the output cavity mirror are coated with films to obtain laser output at the band of 560-600 nm; the two large faces of the said self-frequency-doubling crystal is cooled by heat sink and located between the input cavity mirror and the output cavity mirror.

    摘要: A solid-state laser device includes: a first water tank which houses a laser rod and a lamp and into which coolant is introduced; an outer inlet which is provided in a member forming a chamber and through which coolant is received into the chamber; and an outer outlet provided in said member and through which a coolant is discharged to the outside of the chamber. The solid-state laser device further includes: two second water tanks that house electrodes of both ends of the lamp, respectively, and communicate with the first water tank; a coolant inflow passage of which one end communicates with the outer inlet and the other end forms inner inlets opened to only the second water tanks; and a coolant outflow passage of which one end communicates with the outer outlet and the other end forms an inner outlet opened to the first water tank.

    摘要: Provided is a pump laser integrated vertical external cavity surface emitting laser (VECSEL). The VECSEL may include a surface emitting laser unit including a first active layer having a multiple quantum well structure emitting light having a first wavelength, a reflective layer may be formed on the first active layer, and an external mirror may be disposed opposite to a lower surface of the first active layer and defining a cavity resonator together with the reflective layer. A pump laser unit may be formed on a part of the surface emitting laser unit and may have a perpendicular light emissive surface emitting a pump beam having a second wavelength for exciting the first active layer. A beam reflector may be formed on the light emissive surface of the pump laser unit and reflecta pump beam that is incident from the pump laser unit to the first active layer.

    摘要: A solar light pumped laser performing laser oscillation by pumping a laser medium with solar light, the solar light pumped laser including, a laser medium 12, a container device 14 that supports the laser medium 12 therein, the container device 14 being provided with a focusing optical element 22 for irradiating solar light focused along the laser medium 12, while retaining cooling liquid in a space between the laser medium 12 and the container device 14, and additionally, a pair of optical reflection elements (16, 18) arranged adjacent to the opposing ends of the laser medium. An end of the container device 14 has Brewster's angle. Further, the cooling liquid according to the present invention contains water functioning as an optical medium to form a water lens simultaneously with cleaning the focusing optical element 22.

    摘要: A master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) laser system includes a symmetrical master oscillator and an amplifier each having an optically pumped solid-state gain rod. An optical relay is located between the laser resonator and the amplifier gain rod. When the oscillator and amplifier gain media are equally optically pumped, the magnification and the distances from the optical relay to the resonator and the amplifier gain rod can be selected such that amplifier efficiency is maximized, independent of optical pump power, even if the diameters of the oscillator and amplifier gain rods are different.
