Abstract: A plug-in circuit breaker that includes a circuit breaker housing with a limiting hole and a opening and closing button. The circuit breaker further includes a locking member rotatably arranged inside the circuit breaker housing with an upper portion close to the limiting hole provided with a locking protrusion fitting. A lower portion of the circuit breaker housing is provided with a locking driving surface fitting with the opening and closing button. When the limiting hole is not shielded, the opening and closing button jacks up the locking driving surface to enable the locking protrusion to extend out of the limiting hole. The plug-in circuit breaker is closed when the limiting hole is shielded, so that the locking protrusion cannot extend out of the limiting hole. The locking driving surface limits the opening and closing button, so that the opening and closing button cannot press to the destined position.

Abstract: A resettable switching apparatus, useful in a GFCI receptacle, has a housing with a face plate and at least one sense transformer core positioned to define a current flow direction through a center cavity that is parallel to the face plate. The GFCI receptacle further includes a space-efficient coaxial configuration in which a mechanical latching arrangement for resetting (i.e., closing) main switch contacts is disposed inside the trip solenoid. A movable carriage for the main contacts spans one end of the solenoid and has a latching portion in the solenoid that engages the inner end of a reset plunger in two sequential states (i.e., unlatched and latched). The mechanical latching arrangement comprises a cam surface coupled to a lifting plate, which is connected to the carriage of the GFCI receptacle. The cam surface is responsible for translating a downward movement to a translational movement to engage the carriage to the rest plunger.

Abstract: In one example, a hybrid circuit interrupter may include a three-coil architecture, first coil circuitry, leakage detection circuitry, and a main processing circuit including a processor. The three-coil architecture may include a coil housing, three coils, and a plurality of coil assembly conductors. The coils may be disposed within the coil housing. The coil assembly conductors may be at least partially disposed within the coil housing. The first coil circuitry may be connected to the first coil and may generate first coil signals. The leakage detection circuitry may be connected to the other two coils and may generate a leakage signal. The processor may receive the first coil signals, receive the leakage signal, determine whether an arc fault exists based on the first coil signals, determine whether a ground fault exists based on the leakage signal, and generate a first trigger signal if a fault is determined to exist.

The pedestal (50) is disposed between the arm (30) and the first stopper (40). The pedestal (50) is configured to facilitate abutment of the arm (30) with the actuator (210). The arm (30) is configured to press the actuator (210) when the shaft (20) is linearly displaced.

Abstract: A disclosed electrical contactor may include a line-side electrical terminal adapted for connection to an electrical conductor carrying an electrical voltage, multiple load-side connectors each having a housing and multiple electrical terminals arranged within a cavity of the housing, a switching element, and a control unit. Each of the load devices may have a plug connector, and each of the load-side connectors may be mechanically coded to receive the plug connector of a corresponding load device. An electrical configuration of electrical terminals of a line-side connector may allow a crankcase heater, or a crankcase heater with thermostat, to receive electrical power.
