摘要： Techniques for video exchange are disclosed in which a video source sends redundant copies of video coded at a given presentation time. A decoder may determine, from metadata stored with a first decoded frame, whether other decoded frames have been designated as correlated to the first decoded frame. If so, the decoder may fetch other decoding frames using time indicator values of other decoded frames in metadata stored with the first decoded frame. When other decoded frame(s) are found, the decoder may blend content of the first coded frame and the other decoded frame(s). The decoder may render the blended frame. When one such coded frame is an intra-coded frame, the proposed technique may alleviate beating artifacts by blending recovered data of the intra-coded frame with recovered data of another frame, which may be inter-coded.

摘要： A circuit breaker includes a current entry which conducts an electrical current via a wound coil conductor strip of a first coil to a first fixed contact, and includes a contact rocker which can be moved between two switching positions. The contact rocker includes mutually connected contact limbs. A first switching position of the contact rocker, electrically connects the first fixed contact with a second fixed contact which is connected via a wound coil conductor strip of a second coil to a current exit for dissipating an electrical current flowing through the contact limbs of the contact rocker and the coil conductor strips of the coils to a current exit of the circuit breaker. A high electrical current which flows through the wound coil conductor strips of the coils and through the contact limbs of the contact rocker produces a magnetic field which generates a switching force which moves the contact rocker from the first switching position into a second switching position in which the two fixed contacts are electrically separated to interrupt the electrical current.

摘要： A miniature circuit breaker having a pair of operable contacts in a main current path between a line terminal and load terminal, a trip mechanism for opening the contacts if an overcurrent condition occurs, and an electric motor to close the contacts via a contact closing mechanism. The trip mechanism includes a trigger mechanism and a contact opening mechanism, a current sensor arranged to detect current through the main current path, and a control unit. The trigger mechanism triggers the contact opening mechanism if a trip signal is produced. The control unit produces a trip signal to operate the trigger mechanism if it determines a short circuit condition occurs based on output of the current sensor; and the control unit is arranged to operate the electric motor to trigger the contact opening mechanism into opening the contacts independently of the trigger mechanism if it determines that an overload condition occurs.

The circuit breaker includes a set of main contacts, an operating mechanism, a remotely operable drive system configured to open and close the main contacts separate from actuation of the operating mechanism, and a control circuit in operable communication with the main contacts. The drive system includes a motor, and a primary drive responsive to the motor and in operable communication to open and close the main contacts. The control circuit indicates a closed main contact state in response to the operating mechanism being in an on position and the main contacts being closed, and an open main contact state in response to the operating mechanism being in an on position and the main contacts being held open via the drive system.

摘要： A system for remotely manipulating circuit breakers between open and closed conditions in an electrical panel having a number of circuit breakers in a vertical array includes an activator unit removably attachable to the panel and having an elongated shaft equipped with a series of control switches adjustably spaced apart to interact with the circuit breakers. A motorized drive feature achieves controlled axial rotation of the shaft to a sufficient extent to cause effective movement of selected circuit breakers. A wireless control unit activates the drive feature to rotate the shaft in either direction to move the circuit breakers to their open or closed positions.

The system includes a monitoring mechanism for monitoring a state of at least one electrical circuit breaker and for generating at least one monitoring signal indicative of the state of the at least one electrical circuit breaker; an actuating mechanism for actuating the at least one electrical circuit breaker in a plurality of positions; and a controller for receiving the at least one monitoring signal and for generating and transmitting at least one control signal to the actuating mechanism for resetting the at least one circuit breaker. The breaker reset system is self-contained and dimensioned as an add-on component to previously installed circuit breaker enclosure or as an integrated component of a circuit breaker enclosure. Additionally, the system allows for manual over-ride of the reset function.

摘要： A circuit breaker device for interrupting current in a circuit path between a source and a load. The device includes a first contact and a second contact cooperatively arranged in the circuit path so as to provide current from the source to the load. At least one of the contacts is disposed on a contact carrier which is movable for interrupting the current provided to the load. A contact status indication arrangement is provided for indicating the status of the contacts. The contact status indication arrangement includes a trip flag, a status insert, a clear plastic lens, a flag guide, and a status flag. The trip flag, status insert and status flag are viewable through the lens, which is disposed in an aperture in the circuit breaker housing. Only one status indicator is viewable through the lens at any one time, each indicating a different circuit breaker status. For example, when the trip flag is visible, the circuit breaker is in the TRIPPED position; when the status insert is visible, the circuit breaker is in the OPEN position; and when the status flag is visible, the circuit breaker is in the CLOSED position. One end of the trip flag is coupled to a trip lever and the other end rides on the flag guide as the trip flag moves forward and back when the circuit breaker moves into the TRIPPED position and is then reset, respectively. The flag guide is a staple-shaped piece of wire disposed in the housing and provides a reliable guide on which the trip flag to travel and maintains separation between the trip flag and the statues flag.

摘要： A motor operator unit for an electrical switch is pivotally mounted on a bracket to swing between a closed, operative position in which an actuator in the motor operator unit engages the switch handle for electrical operation of the switch handle and an open position in which the switch handle is freely accessible for direct manual operation. The compliant actuator which is translated by a motor driven threaded shaft overtravels at each end of its reciprocal path after actuation of the switch handle to toggle a single power switch which determines both direction and shutoff of motor operation. A lockout plate mechanically prevents electrical and manual operation of the switch handle and carries an interlock switch which only enables motor operation when the motor operator unit is in the operative position and not locked out. The actuator is configured to prevent full rotation of the motor operator to the operative position, if the position of the actuator, which is virtually identified by indicators, does not correspond to handle position.
