    摘要: A circuit breaker includes, for example, a housing, a stationary electrical contact attached to the housing, a movable arm operably movably attachable to the housing and a second end having an electrical contact releaseably contactable with the stationary electrical contact, and an actuator mechanism. The actuator mechanism includes a first biasing means for opening the electrical contacts, a second biasing means for closing the electrical contacts, and a yieldable support. The yieldable support is operable in a rigid configuration to support a compression force to prevent opening of the electrical contacts while the second biasing means is operable to apply the force to close the electrical contacts. The yieldable support is operable, by applying a tripping force, to transition the rigid configuration to the flexible configuration to withdraw support of the compression force and allow opening of the electrical contacts.

The disconnect mechanism further includes a pushing end that controls the auxiliary switch and lifting levers that control the moving contact plates.

    摘要: A disclosed electrical contactor may include a line-side electrical terminal adapted for connection to an electrical conductor carrying an electrical voltage, multiple load-side connectors each having a housing and multiple electrical terminals arranged within a cavity of the housing, a switching element, and a control unit. Each of the load-side connectors is adapted to receive a plug connector. The switching element electrically connects the line-side electrical terminal to electrical terminal(s) of at least one of the load-side connectors when enabled. The control unit enables the switching element in response to a control signal. Each of the load devices may have a plug connector, and each of the load-side connectors may be mechanically coded to receive the plug connector of a corresponding load device. An electrical configuration of electrical terminals of a line-side connector may allow a crankcase heater, or a crankcase heater with thermostat, to receive electrical power.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a changeable mechanism, the changeable mechanism comprises a support contact, a connecting rod, a connecting shaft, a cantilever and a changeable component. The support contact is provided with a moving contact therein, the support contact rotates about a shaft to make the moving contact be separated from or in contact with a static contact. The bottom end of the connecting rod is connected to the contact support, the top end of the connecting rod is connected to a cantilever through a connecting shaft. The changeable component is connected to the cantilever through a main shaft, the changeable component acts and drives the cantilever to act through the main shaft, and further drives the contact support to rotate through the connecting shaft and the connecting rod. The rotation of the contact support makes the moving contact and the static contact to be separated from or in contact with each other so as to realize opening or closing of a circuit breaker. The changeable component is a manual operation mechanism or an energy storage mechanism. The changeable operation mechanism of the present invention may realize a convenient switch between a manual operation mechanism and an electrical operation mechanism of a MCB. The changeable component does not dispose the electrical operation mechanism outside the MCB, so that the height and volume of the MCB is reduced.

    摘要: In order to form a locking mechanism for a switch-on button of a circuit breaker which has a simple and inexpensive configuration, the locking mechanism has a locking element which is mounted rotatably on the switch-on button. The locking element, held directly in a first position by a first spring, enables actuation of the switch-on button and, directly in the switched-on state of the circuit breaker by a second spring, can be moved into a second position. The switch-on button of the circuit breaker is locked to prevent actuation in the second position.

The tripping device may comprise a tripping block, a loosening block slope configured to selectively contact the lock pin slope, and a moveable spring between the tripping block and the circuit board. The elevator may house the portion of the resetting drawbar covered by the tripping spring, and the hook may align with the bottom of the elevator.
