    摘要: A coil component includes: a substrate body; a winding part formed by a conductive wire wound around a part of the substrate body; and terminal electrodes, each having a foundation part constituted by a metal plate provided to the substrate body, and a welded part formed on the foundation part wherein a part of the metal plate is welded to the conductive wire at a lead part led out from the winding part; wherein, based on a vertical line which passes through the peak point of the welded part where its height becomes the highest and which also intersects at right angles the foundation part, the distance from the vertical line to the surface of the welded part as viewed in a direction parallel with the foundation part is longer at a point closer to the foundation part when viewed at least in one direction from the vertical line.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing magnetic circuit loops for a multi-phase transformer from a magnetic strip including: a) providing a magnetic strip of constant width in a roll wound around a first circular mandrel and extending along a longitudinal axis; b) cutting the roll into a first and a second half-roll each having a longitudinal axis comprising a respective boundary surface formed once it is separated from the other half-roll, the roll being cut slantwise at an angle θ relative to the longitudinal axis, such that the first half-roll constitutes a first loop having its boundary surface outwardly oriented relative to its longitudinal axis, while the boundary surface of the second half-roll is oriented opposite to the boundary surface of the first half-roll; c) aligning the first and second half-rolls to form two loops, including at least one sub-step of reversely unwinding and rewinding the second half-roll on a mandrel.

    摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems and methods, involving: a main magnet configured to generate a magnet field for MRI; a transmit radio frequency (RF) coil assembly configured to transmit an RF pulse into a portion of a subject; an RF coil assembly configured to, in response to the an RF pulse, receive MR signals emitted from the portion of the subject; and a gradient coil assembly having coil windings arranged in a radial layer and a first set of electrical connectors embedded in the radial layer to reduce a radial extent occupied by the gradient coil assembly, an electrical connector in the first set of electrical connectors configured to cross over a portion of the coil windings in the radial layer, the first set of electrical connectors configured to drive the coil windings with a current sufficient to generate a perturbation in the magnet field such that the MR signals encode an MR image based on the perturbation, and the radial layer having a depressed area configured to radially constrain the electrical connector.
