摘要: An inductor component is configured such that a lower surface of a first magnetic layer serves as a first terminal surface. A first inductor wire is disposed in the first magnetic layer. The first inductor wire is cylindrical and extends in an up-down direction. A boundary portion is connected to a first internal terminal of the first inductor wire. An upper surface of a second magnetic layer serves as a second terminal surface. A second inductor wire is disposed in the second magnetic layer. The second inductor wire is columnar and extends in the up-down direction. A second internal terminal of the second inductor wire is connected to the boundary portion. The boundary portion serves as a physical boundary between the first inductor wire and the second inductor wire.

摘要: A method for producing an electromagnet from a metal core and at least one metal wire is disclosed and may include joining a plurality of metal plates into the metal core by packing and winding at least one metal wire around the assembled metal core. Each metal plate may include plastically shaped areas and the plastically shaped areas of the metal plate may be connected by force-locking and/or form-fitting to the plastically shaped area of at least one adjacent metal plate in a joining direction. A multitude of windings may be wound around the metal core. The windings may be placed next to each other and/or on top of one another and a partial region of each winding may be oriented parallel to the joining direction. Furthermore, an electromagnet produced according to the method and a rotor of an electric machine having at least one electromagnet are disclosed.

摘要: A coil component relating to one embodiment of the present invention includes a base body, a coil conductor provided in the base body, and first and second external electrodes electrically connected to the coil conductor. The base body contains a first group of metal magnetic particles having a first average particle size and a second group of metal magnetic particles having a second average particle size smaller than the first average particle size. The first group of metal magnetic particles includes first metal magnetic particles, and the second group of metal magnetic particles includes second metal magnetic particles, and each second metal magnetic particle has an insulating film formed on a surface thereof. Each first metal magnetic particle has a depression shaped to conform to a part of the surface of an adjacent one of the second metal magnetic particles.

摘要: A current transformer includes a pre-formed core forming a closed loop with a flexible axially wound secondary winding. A continuous length of wire is axially coiled around a flexible bobbin to form a secondary winding. The resulting secondary winding may be slid onto the closed loop of the pre-formed core. The flexibility of the axially wound secondary winding facilitates conformity to a non-linear shape of the pre-formed core.

摘要: An embedded magnetic component device includes a magnetic core located in a cavity extending into an insulating substrate. The cavity and magnetic core are covered with a cover layer. Through holes extend through the cover layer and the insulating substrate, and are plated to define conductive vias. Metallic traces are provided at exterior surfaces of the cover layer and the insulating substrate to define upper and lower winding layers. The metallic traces and conductive vias define the respective primary and secondary side windings for an embedded transformer. At least a first isolation barrier is provided on the cover layer, and at least a third insulating layer is provided on the substrate. The second and third insulating layers provide additional insulation for the device, and define and function as a circuit board for surface mounted power electronics.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a coil component includes: providing multiple metal magnetic grains; preparing a magnetic body paste by mixing the multiple metal magnetic grains, a binder resin containing a resinate having at least one element selected from the group consisting of Si, Al, Cr, Mg, Ti, and Zr, and a solvent; forming a compact using the magnetic body paste; heat-treating the compact to form, on surfaces of the metal magnetic grains, bonding parts constituted by an amorphous oxide containing carbon and the at least one element, thereby forming a magnetic base body wherein the multiple metal magnetic grains are bonded via the bonding parts; forming a coil that includes a metal conductor; and forming external electrodes on surfaces of the magnetic base body and connecting end parts of the coil to the external electrodes, respectively.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pole-mounted transformer using no insulation oil, and a pole-mounted transformer manufactured using same, wherein the transformer uses a solid insulation material and an insulation oil is removed from the transformer, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a pole-mounted transformer using no insulation oil and a pole-mounted transformer manufactured using same, the method comprising: a first coil part formation step of winding a low-voltage coil and a high-voltage coil to produce a first coil part; a casting step of putting the first coil part into a mold and filling an empty space between the outer peripheral portion of the first coil part and a wound wire with a casting insulation material in a liquid or gel phase, followed by solidification, so as to produce a second coil part; a conductive material attachment step of coupling a conductive material to the outer peripheral surface of the second coil part to produce a third coil part; an iron core coupling step of coupling an iron core to the third coil part; and a transformer completion step of inserting, into an outer case, the third coil part having the iron core coupled thereto to complete a product.
