The imaging device also includes an imaging assembly having a plurality of imaging units, each of which is configured to image one well of the plurality of wells. The imaging system also includes a storage platform in communication with the imaging device configured to receive a plurality of images from the imaging device. The system further includes a computer in communication with the imaging device and the storage platform. The computer is configured to control the imaging device and to display at least one image of the plurality of images.

摘要: A 3D measuring instrument and method of operation is provided that includes a registration camera and a an autofocus camera. The method includes capturing with the registration camera a first registration image of a first plurality of points and a first image with the first camera with the instrument in a first pose. A plurality of three-dimensional (3D) coordinates of points are determined based on the first image. A second registration image of a second plurality of points is captured in a second pose and a focal length of the autofocus camera is adjusted. A second surface image is captured with the first camera having the adjusted focal length. A compensation parameter is determined based in part on the captured second surface image. The determined compensation parameter is stored.

摘要: An imaging device and an authentication controller are provided. The imaging device includes a modulator that includes a first pattern and that modulates light intensity with the first pattern, an image sensor that converts a light beam transmitted through the modulator into imaging data and outputs the imaging data, an image processing unit that performs, to the imaging data, a reconstruction process in which an image of the subject is reconstructed based on the cross-correlation operation between the imaging data and the pattern data having a second pattern and acquires an image, and a distance measurement unit that repeats the reconstruction process to the imaging data while changing a focus distance and acquires a focus distance having a highest contrast in a measurement region as a distance. The authentication controller performs image authentication and distance authentication using image data and distance data acquired by the imaging device.

摘要: The subject technology receives, at a client device, a selection of a selectable graphical item from a plurality of selectable graphical items, the selectable graphical item comprising an augmented reality content generator including a 3D effect. The subject technology applies, to image data and depth data, the 3D effect based at least in part on the augmented reality content generator, the applying the 3D effect. The subject technology generates a depth map using at least the depth data, generates a segmentation mask based at least on the image data, and performs background inpainting and blurring of the image data using at least the segmentation mask to generate background inpainted image data. The subject technology generates a 3D message based at least in part on the applied 3D effect.

摘要: A 3D measuring instrument includes a registration camera and a surface measuring system having a projector and autofocus camera. In a first pose, the registration camera captures a first registration image of first registration points. The autofocus camera captures a first surface image of first light projected onto the object by the projector and determines first 3D coordinates of points on the object. In a second pose, the registration camera captures a second registration image of second registration points. The autofocus camera adjusts the autofocus mechanism based at least in part on adjusting a focal length to reduce a difference between positions of the first and second registration points. A second surface image of second light is captured. A compensation parameter is determined based at least in part on the first registration image, the second registration image, the first 3D coordinates, the second surface image, and the projected second light.

摘要: A method includes capturing, by a camera disposed behind a display panel of an electronic device, an original image through a semi-transparent pixel region of the display panel, and determining a depth position with respect to at least one object identified within the original image. The method further includes accessing, based on the depth position, a plurality of point spread functions (PSFs) corresponding to a plurality of lateral positions at the depth position, and generating a set of image patches based on the plurality of PSFs. Each image patch of the set of image patches is generated based on a different one of the plurality of PSFs. The method concludes with generating a reconstructed image corresponding to the original image based on the set of image patches.

The (b) is of obtaining image data representing a three-dimensional shape of the specimen. The (c) is of obtaining a three-dimensional image of the specimen based on the image data. The (d) is of obtaining the two-dimensional image selected from the plurality of two-dimensional images or a two-dimensional image generated to be focused on the plurality of objects based on the plurality of two-dimensional images as an integration two-dimensional image. The (e) is of integrating the integration two-dimensional image obtained in the (d) with the three-dimensional image obtained in the (c) and displaying an integrated image on a display unit.
