摘要: The invention discloses method and system of drying renewable sources of energy and raw material. The drying process is carried out under partial vacuum conditions and at lower temperatures than conventional dryers. The temperature to dry the material and the rate of water removal are controlled by regulating the degree of vacuum and the intensity of heat input. A method for drying material to moisture content below 10% by weight, comprises introducing into an ejector a stream with a pressure above ambient pressure, creating partial vacuum in a drying chamber through the secondary nozzle of the ejector when the stream enters the ejector and provides the motive pressure to the primary nozzle of the ejector, said drying chamber having an inlet into which a wet material is introduced and an outlet for taking out the dried material after the drying treatment, drying the wet material using low temperature waste heat.

摘要: This invention was designed to condense, separate and collect volatile compounds from the vapor steam as they exit the dehydrator. Bulk condensate is allowed to accumulate and separate in a separator vessel under vacuum. The undesirable water phase condensate is periodically drained into a water vessel, which is also held under vacuum instead of atmospheric pressure to avoid agitation and mixing of the contents of the separator vessel arising from purging the separator vessel to atmosphere. The separated and desirable oily condensates can then be easily recovered from the separator vessel.

摘要: An apparatus and method for providing a simpler and more robust mechanism for transporting materials to be dried through a vacuum microwave chamber in rotating containers. The apparatus (20) has a vacuum chamber (22), an input end (26) to introduce a container (24) into the chamber, and a discharge end (28) to remove the container. The container has spur gear teeth (60) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The apparatus has a single roller (42) having spur gear teeth (46) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The spur gear teeth of the roller mesh with the spur gear teeth of the container such that rotation of the roller about its longitudinal axis rotates the container. The apparatus also includes means for holding the container on the roller, means for moving the container through the chamber, a microwave generator 76 arranged for transmission of microwave radiation from the generator into the chamber, and means for reducing pressure inside the chamber.

摘要: The present invention provides a cleaning method and equipment thereof for object FOUP, comprising the following steps: firstly separating the object FOUP into a container lid and a container body, then conducting individual processes of wet washing, liquid removing and vacuum drying for the container lid and container body, and in the end combining the container lid and container body to complete the cleaning procedure of the object FOUP; specifically, during the liquid removing process, multiple wind knives are used to carry out liquid removing for the container body, and during the vacuum drying process after liquid removing, multiple thermal components are used to carry out vacuum drying for the container body under a vacuum environment; moreover, the present invention also includes the cleaning equipment to execute the above method, for the purpose of overcoming the problem that the wet cleaning process in the conventional automatic chip FOUP cleaning technique cannot effectively clean object FOUPs with relatively complicated internal structures.
