摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure describe systems and methods for managing temperature control in an indoor environment, having a plurality of zones, by a Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The method comprises, for each zone, detecting a current temperature value of a corresponding zone, comparing the current temperature value with one of a first threshold value and a second threshold value for the corresponding zone, and determining, based on the comparison, whether the current temperature value reaches one of the first threshold value or the second threshold value, and in response to the determination, triggering one of a first control action or a second control action for the corresponding zone. The second threshold value is one of greater than or less than the first threshold value and a set point range for the corresponding zone when one of heating or cooling is being performed by the HVAC system.

摘要: A method of conditioning air includes controlling, by a thermostat, an HVAC system to condition the air within an enclosed space according to one or more temperature setpoints stored in a memory of the thermostat and the temperature within the enclosed space. Weather data for outside the enclosed space is received and compared to a previously received preference. The HVAC system is controlled to condition the air according to the one or more temperature setpoints and the temperature within the enclosed space when the weather data does not satisfy the preference. When the weather data satisfies the preference, the user is notified that heating or cooling by the HVAC system will be turned off and that the user should open the at least one opening to outside of the enclosed space, and the thermostat controls the HVAC system to stop conditioning the air.

摘要: A control system for a building includes a controller configured to control a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system configured to condition a space within the building. An electronic device is configured to be in electronic communication with the controller and provides a first output to the controller that corresponds to a first state of the electronic device. The electronic device provides a second output to the controller that corresponds to a second state of the electronic device. In response to receiving one of the first output or the second output, the controller is configured to change a state of the HVAC system from a first state to a second state. In response to receiving the other of the first output or the second output, the controller is configured to change the state of the HVAC system from the second state to a third state.

摘要: Systems, devices, and methods including collecting data on a building and one or more heat pumps in the building; generating, by a server, a simulated energy data for the building and the one or more heat pumps; processing, by the server, the generated simulated energy data with a first bin analysis; collecting, by the server, an energy usage data for the building and heat pump; processing, by the server, the collected energy usage data with a second bin analysis; comparing, by the server, a change in usage for each bin in the first bin analysis and the second bin analysis; determining, by the server, if there is a significant difference in the compared change in usage for each across each progressive bin; determining, by the server, if a failure of one or more performance failure types has occurred to the one or more heat pumps.

摘要: An air conditioner operation control system includes an air conditioner, a portable terminal, and a server. The server includes a relaying circuitry that receives an operational request from the portable terminal and relays the operational request received to the air conditioner and an exclusive time setting circuitry that sets a certain period between a point in time when the relaying circuitry receives the operational request and a point in time when the certain period that is predetermined expires as an exclusive time. The portable terminal includes a location information acquiring circuitry, an exclusive time acquiring circuitry that obtains the exclusive time when the location information obtained by the location information acquiring circuitry arrives in the control area from outside the control area, a transmitting circuitry that transmits the operational request from a user to the server after a lapse of the exclusive time.

摘要: Systems and methods utilized to create and perform an alert system in a heating, ventilation, and air conditioner (HVAC) system. One implementation includes a visual alert system to alert of a fault in the HVAC system. The system includes one or more LED lights indicating the fault and disposed on an exterior surface of a housing of the HVAC system. The system includes a programmable logic relay (PLR) having one or more relay outputs configured to activate, based on a type of the fault and according to fault/error codes, an alert notification. The alert system can operate without another device having a display for input and output, the other device displaying one or more parameters of the HVAC system. The system includes at least one of a high pressure switch, a low pressure switch, a differential air pressure switch, or an access panel switch.
