摘要: A method for distributing a set of air purification devices in a target space comprising: accessing a void volume representing the target space; accessing a set of observed parameter data streams recorded by a set of air sensors with the target space during an observation period, the set of observed parameter data streams comprising a set of pollutant concentration data streams of a pollutant, a set of air speed data streams, and a set of air direction data streams; simulating a distribution of the pollutant in the void volume reproducing the set of observed parameter data streams based on the set of observed parameter data streams; accessing a set of device characteristics for a set of air purification devices to be deployed within the target space; and calculating a set of device positions in the void volume based on the distribution of the pollutant and the set of device characteristics.

摘要: Embodiments herein relate to indoor air quality monitoring systems and related methods. In an embodiment an indoor air quality monitoring system is included having a control circuit, a memory circuit, and a sensor channel interface. The system can be configured to store a model set of data reflecting information on air quality determining features within a physical indoor environment, receive sensor data regarding air quality at discrete points within the physical indoor environment, and evaluate the sensor data regarding air quality and perform operations to generate one or more outputs relating to air quality within the physical indoor environment. Other embodiments are also included herein.

摘要: Methods and systems for maintaining an atmosphere inside a habitat enclosing a work station and shutting down one, more than one, or all operational equipment inside and/or outside the habitat upon the occurrence of an adverse event. Concentrations of explosive, flammable, and/or poisonous gases or vapors are sensed, transmitted to a logic device, as are temperature, pressure, and/or humidity. HVAC units and air extraction units controlled by the logic device maintain acceptable pressure, temperature, and/or humidity. Any grit and dust may be extracted. Any explosive, flammable, and/or poisonous gases or vapors are extracted employing an emergency gas extraction sub-system controlled by the logic device. The logic device shuts down one, more than one, or all operational equipment inside and/or outside the habitat (for example as dictated by the client, law, or regulation) upon receiving one or more adverse event signals.

摘要: A method monitors an air-conditioner having a semi-conductor gas sensor, the method including: determining that a refrigerant leakage has occurred on condition that the detection value is equal to or greater than a first threshold when the fan is in operation; starting operation of the fan as a provisional operation if the detection value is equal to or greater than a second threshold when the fan is not in operation; stopping the provisional operation of the fan; determining that a refrigerant leakage has occurred on condition that the detection value is equal to or greater than a third threshold after stopping the provisional operation of the fan; and taking a predetermined action for outputting alarm information and/or limiting supply of refrigerant to the heat exchanger when a refrigerant leakage is determined to have occurred.

摘要: A refrigeration system of a building includes: a compressor module configured to, in response to a determination that an amount of a refrigerant of the refrigeration system that is present outside of the refrigeration system and within the building is greater than a first predetermined amount, maintain a compressor off continuously for a predetermined period; and a fan module configured to, in response to the determination, maintain a fan on continuously for at least the predetermined period, and where the compressor module is further configured to, without receiving input indicative of a reset of the refrigeration system, after the compressor has been off for the predetermined period and the amount of refrigerant that is present outside of the refrigeration system within the building is less than a second predetermined amount, selectively turn the compressor on.

摘要: A refrigerant leak management system includes a return inlet assembly and a purge exhaust outlet assembly. The system also includes a sensor configured to detect refrigerant proximate an air handling enclosure of a HVAC unit. The system further includes a controller configured to control the system to drive air from a conditioned interior space of a building into an external environment via the purge exhaust outlet assembly when the sensor detects the refrigerant proximate the air handling enclosure by: actuating the return inlet assembly to close the return inlet assembly, actuating the purge exhaust outlet assembly to open the purge exhaust outlet assembly, and activating a reversible supply fan of the HVAC unit in a reverse direction.

摘要: An air-conditioning system includes: an air conditioner including an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units each provided in a corresponding one of a plurality of indoor spaces and each including a first control unit; and a second control unit capable of communicating with the first control units. Each first control unit is capable of communicating with a countermeasure device if the countermeasure device is installed in correspondence with one of the indoor spaces where the first control unit is located. The second control unit has a first function of prohibiting operation of the air conditioner if a first condition where communication between the first control unit and the countermeasure device is not established in any of the indoor units is satisfied.
