摘要: A facility apparatus control device includes: first and second image capturing units capturing images of first and second spaces; a data-for-learning generator generating location information on a person in the first space by analyzing a first image captured and extracting therefrom, an image of a range including the person in the first space; a learning unit learning, using the location information and a first extracted image extracted by the data-for-learning generator, a feature of the person in the first space and a staying location of the person in the first space; a person detector detecting a person in the second space by analyzing a second image captured and extracting therefrom, an image of a range including the detected person; and an apparatus controller controlling a facility apparatus installed in the first space using a second extracted image extracted by the person detector and a learned result of the learning unit.

摘要: A method for evaluating a building signature operational model (BSOM) associated with a building signature intelligent electronic device (BSIED) includes processing building signature operational data (BSOD) on a cloud-connected central processing unit to identify the BSIED from which the BSOD was received, and to determine if a current BSOM associated with the BSIED, and used by the BSIED to generate the BSOD, needs to be updated. In response to determining that the current BSOM needs to be updated, a new BSOM is selected for the BSIED from a BSOM library based, at least in part, on one or more characteristics associated with the BSIED. The new BSOM is transmitted to the BSIED for installation on the BSIED.

摘要: A controller includes: a processor and a memory. The memory stores floor map information indicating a position of each sensor terminal in a room air-conditioned by an air conditioner. The memory also stores user registration information including first identification information indicating a user who may be in the room and positional information indicating a position occupied by the user when the user is in the room. The processor periodically acquires, from a user terminal, user information including second identification information indicating the user using the user terminal and target temperature information. The processor controls, when the user using the user terminal is in the room, the air conditioner such that temperature detected by one of the sensor terminals at a position near the user in the room approaches target temperature indicated in the target temperature information based on floor map information, user registration information, and user information.

摘要: A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control device is configured to record a plurality of actual occupancy statuses, to determine a plurality of corresponding predicted occupancy statuses, and to compare the plurality of predicted occupancy statuses to the plurality of actual occupancy statuses. The device is further configured to identify conflicting occupancy statuses based on the comparison. A conflicting occupancy status indicates a difference between an actual occupancy status and a corresponding predicted occupancy status. The device is further configured to identify timestamps corresponding with the conflicting occupancy statuses, to identify historical occupancy statuses corresponding with the identified timestamps, and to update the conflicting occupancy statuses in the predicted occupancy schedule with the historical occupancy statuses.

An identity of a user and a location of the user within an area that includes one or more vents associated with a climate control system are identified. User preferences are determined based on the identity of the user. Characteristics of air flow in the area are adjusted based on the user preferences the user and the location of the user, wherein the characteristics of the air flow comprise one or more from a group of: a direction, and a flow rate. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for providing intelligent context-based control of air flow in substantially the same manner described above.

摘要: An air-conditioning system includes a refrigerant system in which an outdoor unit, one or more indoor units, and one or more ventilators are connected by a refrigerant pipe and in which refrigerant circulates, and a control device configured to control the refrigerant system. The control device includes a target temperature adjustment unit configured to adjust a target evaporating temperature based on a detection value detected by a temperature and humidity detection unit provided to at least one of the indoor unit and the ventilator that satisfies a specific criterion, and an air-conditioning control unit configured to control the refrigerant system such that the evaporating temperature of each of the indoor unit and the ventilator is equal to the target evaporating temperature adjusted by the target evaporating temperature.

摘要: A programmable thermostat supports at least one attribute where each different attribute values may support different sets of thermostatic settings. The programmable thermostat may be programmed based on the different attribute values rather than on temperature set points that are traditionally mapped to programmed times. Each set may include settings for a plurality of controlled equipment including a heating/cooling system, fan, ventilator, humidifier, and/or de-humidifier. Each embodiment may support attribute values associated with an occupancy attribute (which is indicative whether or not people are occupying an environmental entity) and/or a scenario attribute (which flexibly maps different thermostatic settings to different scenario attribute values). Stored configuration data about the thermostatic settings may be organized as a tree structure, where the leaves correspond to the thermostatic settings. A programmable thermostat/ventilator controller may also instruct a ventilator system to run during an adjustable pre-occupancy purge time duration before an environmental entity is occupied.
