    Abstract: A dimming mechanism, which is used for dimming a lighting unit and includes a fixed ball head connecting piece, a first adjustable ball head connecting piece, and a second adjustable ball head connecting piece; one end of the fixed ball head connecting piece is connected to the lighting unit, and the other end is connected to a support frame or lamp body; one end of the first adjustable ball head connecting piece is connected to the lighting unit, and the other end is supported on the support frame or lamp body; and a sliding slot is provided on the lighting unit, and one end of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece (1c) is slidingly connected to the sliding slot so that the sliding slot is, by means of the back and forth motion of the second adjustable ball head connecting piece, driven to rotate, and the lighting unit is, by means of the rotation of the sliding slot, driven to rotate so as to achieve dimming in a second direction. Further disclosed are a vehicle lamp module comprising a dimming mechanism, a vehicle lamp, and a vehicle. The dimming mechanism can achieve the miniaturization of the dimensions of the vehicle lamp module in the second direction, and can improve the precision of dimming in the second direction.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method, a device and/or a system of cast vinyl film and, more particularly, to a method and system to provide a repositionable translucent cast vinyl film with an air-egress adhesive layer. In one aspect, a method includes mixing a solvent based polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol with a stabilizer and an additive to get a desired shade of pellucid tint of a translucent thermoplastic stretch wrap film. Further, the method includes casting the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) organosol onto a film carrier and moving the film carrier through a plurality of ovens at varying temperatures to cure into a solid film. The cured solid film is laminated to an air-egress liner casted with a solvent-borne acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide ease of installation. The adhesive includes an air release patterning to allow escape of air from back of the film while repositioning the film around a complex shaped surface.

    Abstract: A lighting device, which may be employed e.g. as a retrofit bulb for vehicle lamps, includes a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, and a beam-narrowing optical system facing the light radiation source, for propagating a narrowed light radiation beam of the same source along a longitudinal axis of the device. Arranged distally of the beam-narrowing optical system along said longitudinal axis, there is moreover provided a cascaded arrangement of: a light-condensing lens, a light-driving lens, a filament-like body including annular reflective surfaces extending around the longitudinal axis and exposed to light radiation from the light radiation source propagated through the light-condensing lens and the light-driving lens, a distal mirror member having a reflective surface facing towards the filament-like body, to reflect light radiation towards annular reflective surfaces in said plurality of annular reflective surfaces.
