摘要: A method of manufacturing a joint flange using a thickness-increased, machined pipe is provided. The method includes a pipe cutting operation in which a pipe is cut to a predetermined length, a flange forming operation in which a flange having a mounting hole for installing the pipe is formed by die casting, a bump-forming operation in which a thickness-increased part, which is formed by increasing a thickness of one end of the pipe, is bumped to form a first bead locked to the flange, a machining operation in which a circumference of the thickness-increased part is machined to form a sealing groove having an O-ring installed, and a fixing operation in which the pipe is inserted in the mounting hole of the flange and the other end of the pipe is pressed to form a second bead so that the pipe is pressed to a lower end of the flange.

摘要: An adapter includes several connecting nozzles. Free nozzle ends of the connecting nozzles are adapted to be connected to line ends of fluid lines. The adapter includes, for guiding flowing fluid in and then out, two mutually separated, tubular flow channels. Moreover, the adapter includes a projection, which extends from the nozzle end with a length to a free projection end remote therefrom. A fluid line system formed by means of the adapter comprises, furthermore, a fluid line with, enveloped by a wall, a lumen. The fluid line can be connected with its line end to the connecting nozzle of the adapter in such a manner that the projection protrudes inwardly into the lumen of the fluid line to form two tubular chambers of the fluid line mutually separated by the projection and adapted for guiding through flowing fluid.

摘要: A method for connecting sections of a multi-bore structure in water comprises connecting the sections to bring corresponding bores of the sections into mutual alignment while those bores are each closed by a plug that excludes the water from the bores. Then, with the sections connected and the corresponding bores sealed together in fluid communication with each other, the plugs are flushed away in a flushing fluid that flows along the communicating bores.

摘要: Flowline junction fittings are assembled to missiles of frac manifolds. The fittings have a body with a primary bore, at least four secondary bores, and a tertiary bore. The bores extend from union faces adapted for connection to flowline components by a flange union. The tertiary bore intersects with the primary bore at an angle of approximately 90°. Goat head fittings are assembled to well heads. The goat heads have a body with a primary bore and at least four secondary bores. The bores extend from union faces adapted for connection to flowline components by a flange union. The intersections between the secondary bores and the primary bore have an interior angle of substantially less than 90°.

摘要: Flowline components are assembled into high-pressure fluid transportation systems by a flange union. The flowline component comprises a body defining a substantially cylindrical central conduit. The conduit extends between first and second flat union faces and is adapted to conduct fluids through the body. The union faces are adapted to provide a mating surface for a flange union between the component and another flowline component. Accordingly, the union faces have a plurality of holes adapted to accommodate threaded connectors for forming the flange union. The holes are arranged in a defined array extending angularly around the conduit. Importantly, the array of holes on the first union face and the array of holes on the second union face are offset angularly relative to each other by an angle Δ. It will be appreciated that such components may allow changes in the direction of a flow line.

摘要: The present disclosure provides flanged joint or interface between two passageways. The flanged joint includes a first passageway, a connector, and a second passageway. The first passageway may, but not necessarily, be formed via casting process wherein an integrated flange may be defined at the opening of the first passageway such that the integrated flange defines a recess. The connector includes a support body having a fastener region at an upper end of the support body and a flange region at a lower end of the support body. 摘要: An exhaust conduit for a marine exhaust system includes an inlet end portion connectable to an exhaust manifold, an outlet end portion that directs exhaust gases toward an exhaust system outlet, a catalytic converter assembly arranged between the inlet and outlet end portions, and inner and outer tubes. The inner tube directs exhaust gases from the exhaust manifold to the catalytic converter assembly, and the outer tube surrounds the inner tube to define a cooling liquid passage between the inner and outer tubes. A flange is secured to the inner and outer tubes at inlet ends thereof, the flange being connectable to an outlet of the exhaust manifold. The inner tube has a uniform diameter between the flange and the catalytic converter assembly, and is welded to the flange independently of the outer tube. First and second welds join the inner and outer tubes to the flange at radially inner and outer faces, respectively, of a flange rim.
