    摘要: The invention relates to a pipe connection (10, 52, 66) with a first pipe part (12) and a second pipe part (14), with at least one multi-part sealing ring (24; 44, 46) or at least one single-part sealing ring (68) which is surrounded by a clamping device (16). The pipe parts (12, 14) each comprise a first obliquely or vertically extending end face (20, 72) or a second obliquely or vertically extending end face (22, 74). These are overlapped by a clamping device (16). This applies an outwardly acting radial force (34) to the at least one single-part sealing ring (68) or the at least one multi-part sealing ring (24; 44, 46). These are secured in their respective sealing position by means of an enclosing geometric triangle, by means of an enclosing geometric non-rectangular quadrilateral (104) or by means of an enclosing geometric rectangular quadrilateral (106).

    摘要: Provided are a nut type rotatable flange structure and a combination tool. Flanges of a first neck flange and a second neck flange are both arranged in a nut type rotatable flange collar, one of the flanges is secured by using a thread, and the other flange is secured by using jack bolts, so that the flanges of the first neck flange and the second neck flange are hermetically and stably fixed, instead of a method of aligning bolt holes in a flange with bolt holes in another flange and then screwing in bolts to achieve connection. In general, the nut type rotatable flange structure and the combination tool can achieve a hermetical connection between the flanges, with no need to use a conventional method of aligning a plurality of bolt holes to a plurality of bolt holes in flanges, which requires less mounting accuracy and improves operation convenience.

    摘要: After an annular plate is blanked from a metal flat plate in a blanking step, an inner peripheral portion of the annular plate is deformed upward in a burring step. As a result, a hat-shaped intermediate product having an upstanding tubular portion and an annular plate portion is formed. After that, an outer peripheral portion of the annular plate portion is folded step by step toward an inner peripheral side of the annular plate portion. As a result, a folded portion composed of a first folded portion and a second folded portion is formed, whereby a connection portion having a second flange portion is formed.

    摘要: In order to make it possible to ensure the axis alignment performance while reducing the processing cost, and to make a coupling structure compact to perform the coupling work and the detaching work of pipe members without difficulty even in a narrow work space, the coupling structure according to the invention includes a pipe coupling that couples a pair of pipe members each including a flange at an end portion in a state where the flanges of the pipe members face each other, an annular gasket interposed between the flanges of the pair of pipe members, and recesses formed individually in facing surfaces of the flanges facing each other, in which the annular gasket fitted into the respective recesses makes pipe axes of the pipe members and the annular gasket coincide with each other.
