摘要: An electric pipe expander and intelligent control circuit for the electric pipe expander are provided The electric pipe expander includes a pipe expander body and a mandrel sliding cavity disposed on the pipe expander body. A chuck body capable of clamping a pipe to be processed is disposed at an opening end of the mandrel sliding cavity. A mandrel is slidingly connected in the mandrel sliding cavity, an outer side end of the mandrel is provided with an obliquely disposed pipe expanding cone, an inner side end of the mandrel is provided with an elastic body accommodating cavity. Flat keys are disposed on the mandrel, and an elastic body is clamped and disposed between the flat keys and a bottom surface of the elastic body accommodating cavity.

摘要: A mobile flanging machine for pipes has a portable frame on which a drive is mounted, which drives a roller via a transmission, and an adjustment mechanism fixed to the frame, on which a counter-pressure roller is movably held, wherein a bent flange can be produced on the pipe end by inserting a pipe end into a gap between the roller and the counterpressure roller. A method for assembling the mobile flanging machine involves transporting and setting up a frame with a rotatably mounted roller and an adjustment mechanism on which a counterpressure roller is movably held, transporting a drive with a first coupling part to the frame, connecting the first coupling part to a second coupling part for driving the roller, and fixing the drive to the frame.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for forming a fastening collar. A fastening collar is formed to the end of the tubular piece by shaping the end of the tubular piece in a first step by means of a first rotatable shaping head and a counter-surface to a first angle, and in a second step by means of a second rotatable shaping head and a counter-surface to a second angle. The outermost end of a flange part shaped in the first step is shaped in the second step in such a manner that only part of the flange part formed in the first step is shaped into a support surface that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tubular piece.

In the tensile transfer step, the long, thin, board-like base material is transferred by pulling the thin, board-like base material in the transfer direction while holding both ends of the thin, board-like base material along the transfer direction and pulling the ends outward in the direction intersecting the transfer direction. 摘要: A steering roller head for hemming or seaming metal sheets includes a mounting flange that couples to an arm of a robot. The mounting flange is offset from a longitudinal axis of the steering roller head to reduce an operating envelope of the robot arm during a roller hemming process. The mounting flange can also be offset by a mounting angle from the longitudinal axis which allows for a further reduction in an operating envelope of the robot arm during a roller hemming process. Reducing the operating envelope of the robot arm can allow for additional robots or automated tooling to access the work piece during a roller hemming process. In addition, reducing the operating envelope of the robot arm allows for improved access to the work piece during a roller hemming process.

摘要: A crimping machine including a first shaft having a first crimping portion and a bead wheel and a second shaft having a tapered portion disposed opposite the bead wheel of the first shaft. The first and second shafts are configured to grip a pipe blank having a transverse channel including a first angle. The first and second shafts are further configured to roll the pipe blank forward while crimping a portion of the pipe blank with the first and second crimping portions and applying pressure on the transverse channel of the pipe blank. The crimping machine further has having a tapered portion disposed opposite at least a portion of the crimping portion and the bead wheel of the first shaft. The bead wheel is configured to push upon the forming shaft to bend the first angle of the transverse channel formed in the pipe blank to a second angle.

The flare machining mechanism flares the ends of pipes outward and the screw machining mechanism machines the outside of the pipe end into a convex screw and the inside of the pipe end into a concave screw are provided on the same rotor mechanism and the same chuck. The piping system is configured to execute flare machining and screw machining of the end of the pipe by exchanging the flare machining head and the screw machining head.
