    摘要: An apparatus for preventing fuel overflow of a vehicle fuel tank includes: a valve unit including a valve body, a housing configured to cover a lower part of the valve body, a float mounted on the valve body and configured to slide up and down, a vapor line opened and closed according to a movement of the float, and a fuel inlet hole; a cover unit coupled to and enveloping the housing, the cover unit having a plurality of windows along an outer circumferential surface at a height corresponding to the fuel inlet hole, thereby being formed to allow the fuel to be introduced into the valve unit; and a shielding unit mounted on the cover unit to shield open windows, the shielding unit able to rotate along a turning direction of the vehicle to form an inflow path of the fuel flowing into the fuel inlet hole.

    摘要: A negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device includes a blocking member and a buoyant member. The buoyant member comprises two floats and a connection rod connected to the two floats. The liquid reservoir is provided with a guide therein, and the guide confines the two floats, the blocking member and the liquid outlet port in the same vertical line. A limiting member is arranged between the two floats and is fixed to an inner wall of the liquid reservoir. A maximum distance between the limiting member and a top wall of a lower float of the two floats is smaller than a maximum distance between a top wall of an upper float of the two floats and a top wall of the liquid reservoir. The negative pressure pipeline opening-and-closing device can replace an existing electrically controlled valve. Therefore, the cost is reduced, the maintenance is convenient and service life is prolonged.

    摘要: A ventilation control valve for a fuel tank is disposed in a ventilation passage which communicates an inside and an outside of a fuel tank. The ventilation control valve includes a float that floats on a liquid level of a fuel and moves up and down. The ventilation control valve includes a valve mechanism which switches a passage sectional area of the ventilation passage in conjunction with the float to an open state and a restricted state in which the passage sectional area is restricted from the opened state. The float has a volume chamber in which volume changes in accordance with a vertical movement of the float. A control gap as a flow rate adjusting mechanism is formed between the cylindrical wall of the float and the cylindrical wall of a case. Due to the control gap, the volume chamber functions as a damper.
