    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic drive having a stationary housing. The hydraulic drive also has a drive shaft that extends through the stationary housing. Furthermore, the hydraulic drive has a hydraulic motor for rotating the drive shaft relative to the stationary housing. Additionally, the hydraulic drive includes a driven hub adapted to be connected to a rotatable driven element. The hydraulic drive also has a coupling/decoupling arrangement that allows the hydraulic drive to be operated in an engaged mode where the drive shaft is coupled to the driven hub in a direct drive arrangement and a disengaged mode where the drive shaft is decoupled from the driven hub. When the hydraulic drive is operated in the engaged mode torque from the drive shaft is transferred to the driven hub causing the driven hub to rotate relative to the stationary housing. When the hydraulic drive is operated in the disengaged mode the driven hub can free wheel relative to the drive shaft.

    摘要: A brake mechanism has a brake disk, multiple clutches, and multiple brake assemblies. The brake disk is coaxially connected to a rotatable work table. The multiple clutches are capable of clamping the brake disk. The multiple brake assemblies correspond in position to the multiple clutches. Each one of the multiple brake assemblies has a housing, an abutting shaft inserted in the housing, and multiple elastic units received in the housing and abutting against the abutting shaft. The multiple abutting shafts of the multiple brake assemblies abut against the brake disk for stopping the work table from rotating. A hydraulic system applies hydraulic pressure inside the multiple housings of the multiple brake assemblies and forces the multiple abutting shafts to depart from the corresponding clutch, making the work table rotate again.

    摘要: To produce a combined service brake cylinder and spring-loaded brake cylinder for a vehicle brake system, force-actuation path characteristic curves of the brake system with the elements that can be actuated by a storage spring of the spring-loaded cylinder are measured/recorded under different operational conditions. Force-actuation characteristic curves of different storage springs for use in the spring-loaded cylinder are also measured/recorded. The minimum necessary actuation stroke of the piston of the spring-loaded cylinder and the minimum necessary spring force for a storage spring to effect a parking brake function are determined by the intersection of the force-actuation curves of the brake system with those of the storage springs. The storage spring that generates a sufficient actuation force under certain operating conditions and the dimensions resulting from the smallest possible piston actuation stroke are selected for producing the combined service brake cylinder and spring-loaded cylinder.

    摘要: The invention relates to a linear brake (LBR) for attachment on a slide that can be moved along a guide rail (F), having a brake housing (1), which at least partially surrounds the guide rail (F), a force store arranged on or in the brake housing (1) and a brake piston (3), which is loaded by the force store, surrounds the guide rail (F) in a fork-like manner and is moved by the force store against the guide rail transversely to the movement direction between the slide and the guide rail (F). The brake piston presses the two clamp jaws (7), which are connected with a U-shaped transfer plate (6), against the guide rail (F) by means of piston bevels (3.2) and wedge bevels (5.1), which are arranged on both sides of the guide rail (F) and are opposite each other. The brake piston (3) is configured as a cylindrical annular piston, which is loaded on one end face by the force store (2) arranged centrally in the annular piston and has on the other end face the piston ends (3.6) with the bevel faces (3.2). A piston space (3.5) is formed in an annular manner and on the radial outer side of the cylindrical annular piston (3) in the region of the join (1.4) between the annular piston and the housing body (1.1), wherein a piston ring (8) connected radially on the outside to the annular piston delimits the piston space (3.5) at the end face.

    摘要: An extended range, consistent force rail brake comprising an adjustable wedge assembly operatively situated between the main power spring(s) and the brake shoe(s) for selectively taking up the vertical distance that the brake shoe is required to travel between the brake release position and an initial railhead contact position. The adjustable wedge assembly is thus selectively expandable in the vertical orientation, and may comprise: an upper block that is operatively connected, either directly or indirectly, to the power spring; a lower wedge rigidly affixed to a replaceable brake shoe; and an intermediate wedge that is located by suitable bearings and/or linkages for transverse, generally horizontal slidable engagement between the upper block and the lower wedge. Each of the upper block and lower wedge elements of the wedge assembly are, respectively, located by suitable bearings and/or linkages for generally vertical translational motion (but very little, if any, lateral or longitudinal horizontal motion) within upper and lower guides provided on a frame of the rail brake.

    摘要: A pneumatic spring brake cylinder is provided for brake systems of vehicles, including a housing in which a spring brake piston loaded by an accumulator spring and connected to a spring brake piston tube is guided in a movable manner, and an emergency release device for the emergency release of the spring brake piston in the event of a drop in pressure. The emergency release device contains a spindle which can be rotated relative to the spring brake cylinder and which can be screwed in a nut that is held in a rotationally fixed manner in the spring brake piston tube by a form-fitting connection. The nut interacts with an axial stop on the spring brake piston in order to trigger a release movement against the effect of the accumulator spring. The formfitting connection is formed between an outer polygonal profiled section of the outer circumference of the nut in a circumferential direction and a complementary circumferential inner polygonal profiled section on the inner circumference of an intermediate bushing and between an outer polygonal profiled section of the outer circumference of the intermediate bushing in the circumferential direction and a complementary circumferential inner polygonal profiled section on the inner circumference of the spring brake piston tube.

    摘要: A brake assembly includes an operator brake pedal configured to be depressed at a brake pedal angle, and brake pedal linkage operatively connected to the operator brake pedal. The brake pedal linkage is configured to apply a braking force in response to the depression of the operator brake pedal. A brake pedal effort input is associated with the brake pedal angle, and a first rate of change of the brake pedal effort input with respect to the brake pedal angle may be associated with an initial range of motion of the operator brake pedal. A second rate of change of the brake pedal effort input with respect to the brake pedal angle may be associated with a subsequent range of motion of the operator brake pedal. The second rate of change may be greater than the first rate of change.
