    摘要： A self-clinching and self-piercing construction element for attachment to a plastically deformable metal panel. The construction element includes a body portion with a central axis and a punch portion being coaxial with the central axis and extending from the body portion. A pilot embossment is coaxial with the central axis and extends from the body portion such that the pilot embossment is concentrically disposed between an annular-shaped surface of the body portion and the punch portion. The pilot embossment being configured to engage and plastically deform the metal substrate such that the metal substrate flows into a recessed pocket defined in an outer peripheral surface of the punch portion. A plurality of spaced apart lugs axially project outwards from the annular-shaped surface and extend radially outwards from the pilot embossment.

    摘要： Various embodiments provide a fastener including a head, a shank connected to the head and having a tip, one or more helical thread formations extending outwardly from the shank, and wherein a bottom portion of the head includes a plurality of ribs that extend towards the tip of the shank and that are shaped to abruptly frictionally engage a surface of a first object being attached to a second object to create an immediate frictional torsional resistance of a desired force level to the tightening of the fastener. This frictional resistance is provided back to the tightening tool to inform the operator of the tightening tool that the head of the fastener has sufficiently engaged the first object and that further tightening or clockwise rotation of the fastener is unnecessary.

    摘要： A fastener assembly includes a first lock member including a plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth and a second lock member including a base portion and at least one tab extending axially from the base portion. The at least one tab has a proximal end joined to the base portion and a free end opposite the proximal end. The second lock member further includes a plurality of radially extending teeth on an inner side of the free end of the at least one tab. The second lock member is positionable between a locked configuration in which the plurality of radially extending teeth are configured to engage the plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth and an unlocked configuration in which the plurality of radially extending teeth are spaced from the plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth.     摘要： The disclosure relates to an anti-loosing bolt component capable of presetting torque and controlling disassembly, including: a nut, a bolt and a tab washer that match each other. The nut is provided with a ratchet structure, the bolt is provided with an axial groove, and the tab washer is provided with a elastic pawl matched with the ratchet structure, and a horizontal protrusion provided with a prefabricated notch and matched with the axial groove. The ratchet structure adopts a matching mode that the difference between the number of ratchets and the number of the elastic pawls is 1, so that the nut can be engaged by a very small rotation angle. The preset torque of the prefabricated notch can be set according to a safety factor. The bolt component can be accurately prevented from loosening.
