摘要： A fastener assembly includes a first lock member including a plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth and a second lock member including a base portion and at least one tab extending axially from the base portion. The at least one tab has a proximal end joined to the base portion and a free end opposite the proximal end. The second lock member further includes a plurality of radially extending teeth on an inner side of the free end of the at least one tab. The second lock member is positionable between a locked configuration in which the plurality of radially extending teeth are configured to engage the plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth and an unlocked configuration in which the plurality of radially extending teeth are spaced from the plurality of radially extending ratchet teeth. The base portion and the at least one tab are a single piece.

摘要： A multifunctional fastener is provided which is easy to install and combines a screw, and a washer and/or a wing assembly. The multifunctional fastener may include a fastener head. A threaded portion may extend longitudinally and distally of the fastener head. A fastener washer may be disposed between the fastener head and the threaded portion, and may extend radially outward of the fastener head. The wing assembly may include at least one fastener wing extending radially outward from the fastener head, and preferably radially outward of the fastener washer. A torque-applying tool connector may be provided in the fastener head. The torque-applying tool connector may be configured for engagement with a torque-applying tool such as a manual screwdriver or electric drill screwdriver to facilitate rotation of the threaded portion via the fastener head.

摘要： The disclosure relates to an anti-loosing bolt component capable of presetting torque and controlling disassembly, including: a nut, a bolt and a tab washer that match each other. The nut is provided with a ratchet structure, the bolt is provided with an axial groove, and the tab washer is provided with a elastic pawl matched with the ratchet structure, and a horizontal protrusion provided with a prefabricated notch and matched with the axial groove. 摘要： A reaction washer is optimized for lock-on, optional stiction ring and for a predetermined indentation depth of bidirectional serrations for secure reaction torque transfer during initial and full actuation of respective nut or bolt heads resting on it. An optional lock-on ring embedded around the reaction socket is ergonomically actuated to latch on and off underneath the reaction washer. Axial offset of the peak stress areas away from the actuation socket edges provides for reduced actuation socket diameter and consequently for the entire tool and system remaining substantially within radial assembly limits established for prior art actuation sockets alone. A coupling unit is attached to and tightened on a power torque wrench via a clamp tool utilizing the power wrench's own torque. A hand hold groove and a lock able snap release button offset from the coupling castle snap connection contribute to safe and ergonomic operation and system peak performance.
