    Abstract: A method of forming a post sleeve within a post hole in the ground to include a post receiving cavity to insertably receive and support a post is provided. The method includes positioning a post sleeve core within the post hole with the aid of an elongate installation member and depositing uncured material into the post hole to at least partially surround the post sleeve core while the post sleeve core is attached to the elongate installation member. The method further includes allowing the uncured material to harden around the post sleeve core to form at least a portion of the post-receiving cavity of the post sleeve and removing the post sleeve core from the hardened material to expose the post receiving cavity to receive and support the post. Other related methods of forming post sleeves are also provided.

    Abstract: A bollard sleeve with a removable or replaceable cover is described. In one example, the bollard sleeve includes a cover portion and a sleeve portion coupled to the cover portion. The cover portion can have a cover removably coupled to a skirt, and the sleeve portion can have a tab. When the tab is in a first position, the tab can prevent the cover from being removed. When the tab is in a second position, the tab can form an opening that allows the cover to be removed. The tab can be bent from the first position to the second position, or the tab can be removed from the sleeve portion.

The helical disk drives the shaft into the ground as a rotational force is applied to the shaft. A fin section is rotatably coupled about the shaft between its first and second ends. The fin section can have one or more fins extending outwardly from the shaft. The fin section engages the ground to stabilize the post foundation system as the shaft of the post foundation system is driven into the ground.

    Abstract: A safety bollard system for stopping a vehicle. The safety bollard system comprises a pipe, a beam, and one or more pieces of rebar. The pipe has an upper portion and a lower portion, with the lower portion of the pipe being secured in the ground and the upper portion extending from the surface of the ground. The lower portion of the pipe comprises an engagement section and a structure section, with the engagement section being positioned below the structure section. The engagement section can include one or more set of opposing apertures. The beam is housed inside of the pipe and extends from a bottom of the structure section and into the upper portion of the pipe. The one or more pieces of rebar can be inserted through the one or more set of opposing apertures, thereby securing the safety bollard system such that the vehicle stops upon impact.
